Small building but excellent customer service. The coffee & hot chocolate is made to perfection and is probably the best Costa drinks ive had. The attentive staff are very helpful and always ensure you are happy with your drink.
The only down side is the toilet facilities, a single shared disable toilet that at busy periods can become very uninviting.
Upstairs is especially quiet sometimes I perch by the window and watch people heading for the Crowngate Market. Thank you for being so friendly, the food is really good.

Pity it's closed. It looks like it was an old post office. It was a bit cramped but had a bit of interesting architecture.
