Looking at previous reviews They must have changed the staff as we had excellent service, plenty of smiles and I asked for a glass of water and it appeared immediately. The puddings are spectacular and very well priced for the portion size. We will most definitely be going again very soon!

Myself.my daughter and grandson went yesterday (sat).It was very busy had to wait for a table which didn't bother us.staff were helpful.polite.and nothing was too much trouble after my daughter ordered wrong milkshake.it was changed with no quibble.will defo recommend and will b going again x
Amazing place. Staff very helpful and welcoming they let my little girl try a bit of ice cream before we order so we didn't waste money on something she didn't like. We loved it definitely going again.

What a lovely place. Super friendly and a very contemporary ice cream parlour. A great array of desserts and the portion sizes are not for the faint hearted (or anyone watching the calories)!. Coffee was also excellent. I would highly recommend this for a sweet treat or decadent coffee stop.
Ignore the bad reviews, this place is amazing! Staff were brilliant, friendly and even added bells and whistles to my milkshake on request. Thanks for the amazing pudding and service. Best dessert place in Worcester and definitely worth a visit!!
Brought my 2 kid's for a treat and was not disappointed. The desserts were amazing. The best waffles and crepes we have had and we have been to many dessert places. The service was very good and the staff were really nice. Thank you to ramsha, manita and ruby for your friendly service. Highly recommend a must try lf you haven't already.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered Knickerbocker glory and Crep with strawberry and banana with chocolate sauce. All was delicious. Nice place for desserts
Fantastic choice of ice creams and sorbets. This is one of the few places than can satisfy my sweet tooth. The size of the portions are great value and the staff are really nice. The place is also kept very clean.
Much better than what I was expecting I must say. Since I'hv been eating French crepes for years... Never tasted similar in England but the one from here are good x)
