Well we decided to try our local which now has new management (Gill and Dee) . We tried the steak which was cooked to perfection and the Lamb shank . It was well presented and there was plenty of food . We attend the pub regularly for a drink , we can now also recommend the food .. Thanks Gill and Martin (chef)

Great little pub and very tasty food. Gill the landlady was friendly and welcoming. Seated in the side room our (8 of us) food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed it. I will go back for another evening meal soon.

Had a lovely evening meal there with my family (Not children) varied menu including the good old traditional pub food . Limited desserts but I am not keen anyway and enjoyed a lovely Baileys floater coffee instead - Apple pie could have been a bit bigger maybe. Will go again as very local - proper old traditional pub not many of them about. Customer service fabulous staff could not do enough for us - FABULOUS
