This review is regarding the cafe only. It has recently been totally refurbished . It is immaculate and the toilets are spotless. The coffee, snacks and food are all high quality and well cooked. However I do find the service quite slow often accumulating queues. Look out for their special offers.
Visited many times and always knew there was a wine bar, but never really thought to check it out. On my last visit however I was very kindly treated to a pint of Purity Longhorn IPA on draught, which Waitrose will serve in frozen glasses. What a revelation! โ๏ธ It was really refreshing and brought so much character out of the beer. I could quite easily be tempted to make a habit of ordering one of these after some shopping (maybe one before would help make the shopping go by faster too? ๐คญ)
The girl serving was also very inviting, friendly and a credit to Waitrose. ๐
Happy to spend my money here, lovely helpful team and I was served by a lovely gentleman being trained, I believe he was autistic and the member of staff helping him learn the checkout was wonderful! 10* If I could. Recognition well deserved
We love this super market and the staff a wonderful ๐always ready to help, and all the offers are dotted around the store all together (saves hunting around) ๐๐๐ there essential range is quality food at the right price ๐๐nice coffee shop als well ๐โ๐
I carried out my shopping on Saturday AM. I am 77 years old and suffered a fall in the car park. I was swiftly and sympathetically atteneded to by three members of staff who looked after me until my son arrived . This review is to express my HEARTFELT THANKS for taking care of me and to make sure the staff get credit for their actions

Good choice. Big store. Good staff. Loads of parking, cashpoint. Fresh veg, fish, deli and fresh meats etc. Good selection overall. Huge sushi bar and selection also.
Popped in for a little something to welcome a new baby and found a pair of summer rompers and a tee shirt. Good quality, fair price.
Beautifully laid out store. Wide aisles. Excellent quality products. Well done for employing staff with disabilities. Only 4 stars because of higher prices than competitors.
Good shop today sadly we mislaid cheese bought from the deli phoned Waitrose who promises to replace cheese when I next shop if I provide a receipt thank you Waitrose
Superior quality shop & not that much more expensive.
Not as good as Tesco these days. Some items no longer stocked and shelves empty at times. High prices but no longer competitive
