Had an exceptional experience here. The customer service is excellent here and the food is also tasty. It was my first visit to Nando's and it didn't disappoint me. Always reserve the tables before you go. I was told to wait one hour for a 5-person table. Nevertheless, a great experience and the shop is neat. The washrooms were also clean.
The customer service is was amazing and absolutely faultless. From the moment we entered with our two babies- they were really attentive and tried to help with our chaotic kids. Also the food was delivered quickly and it was good. But what made the dining experience an amazing one was customer service. 10/10 the best Nando’s we’ve been to.
Turned up without a booking and the venue was busy. Greeted at the door and notified there would be about a 15 min wait for a table. We were happy to wait and they contacted us to let us know when the table was ready. Nando's is great in the fact they cater for all spice tolerances. I can't handle too much, so always go medium heat and it packs just the right punch. My friend, however, has every spice known to man possible and goes extra hot. This time around we both opted for the fully loaded chips and refillable soft drinks. They aren't joking when they say the chips are loaded, more than enough if you're just looking for a quick bite between friends. Alternatively there's plenty on the plate if you want one for yourself and are feeling hungry. We'll definitely be returning when we are next in Worcester.
Nando's is my absolute favourite place to eat at and I stopped by here after visiting Worcester Cathedral on a weekday. Food was lovely as usual and service was attentive. Only thing that could be improved upon is that there was no staff member by the door so guests who came in did have to wait a while to be seated, although to be fair the wait was never more than a few minutes.

Often fairly busy so it is probably worth booking in advance at hours that are likely to be busy. It has nice food and good service and they cater for my allergy well both over the phone for delivery and in person in the restaurant. It is a relaxed atmosphere, so going alone, with a partner, or with children would all be acceptable.
Had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago! I visited with my baby and we were hosted by Mike who was super helpful and ensured we were placed at a table that allowed room for the highchair and pushchair. The service was prompt and the food was great! Thanks Mike and team!
Always love nandos, good price, great food and staff. Lovely atmosphere, right next to cinema. The music played here is authentic and suits the atmosphere. Just love the sauces.
Food fresh, hot and tasty, as always. Service pleasant and friendly. Ate in on Sat approx 8pm and only marked it down a star for atmosphere because there was a group of teenage girls in the toilet who were being silly and made it difficult to enter and leave.
Brilliant service, good top notch. Very clean and staff nice and friendly. Would recommend.

One of my first restaurants I went to while visiting England. I was surprised how cheap and plentiful the food was. Very delicious. You can try many sauces to put on your chicken. Staff was friendly. Due to the "pandemic" we had to get in line and order using the QR code through our mobile device. Also, drinks are filled by the staff despite the machine being available
