Regular visitors here, really nice place, staff are really friendly and helpful even when on a busy shift. Pizza is great too and the restaurant’s in a good location.

Nice staff and helpful with a kitchen error of one of our meals. Pizza did take a while to come as usual. It's a shame our family knows this chain as 'Pizza Slow'. Very expensive, especially if you don't use the app.
My first ever trip to pizza express and I wasn't disappointed. We were seen to by the staff very quickly. The food arrived fairly quickly and it was lovely. The whole group enjoyed. Probably the best pizza we've ever eaten at Pizza Express! The Worcester team were great, quick service, cold drinks and a great atmosphere. The chefs were amazing, everything was super tasty.

The team made every effort to make our experience great. They communicated well, and organised the bills per family which was superb since there were 29 of us. They also presented and served our birthday cake for everyone. Bravo :)
I tried the spicy sloppy as I like spicy food and the team recommended me this one. Best pizza i have tried so far loved it.

I haven't been to Pizza Express for a while but had an impromptu lunch there this week and it was great! Asked for an outside table as we had a dog, we were brought a water bowl for him, and offered a dog chew which was a lovely thought. Our waiter, Nicholas, was fantastic - quick, helpful, friendly
Quick and impromptu service. Toilets were out of order but alternative unisex were available. Food quality was fine. Service efficient. No issues.
Excellent afternoon lunch - manager was extremely attentive and welcoming, when my partner was her first time eating here. Provided help with the app and was engaged about her first time experience. Quick service and friendly staff

I would just like to say a big thank you to the manager Gus at Pizza Express Worcester and all the staff for making our evening really enjoyable. We were a booking of 42 people and the service, food and staff were all brilliant. Thank you from all of us.
