Travelled from Hereford to come here today for my mothers birthday. We booked for afternoon tea after seeing pictures and reviews on Facebook. We were so impressed and everything was perfect. The staff are amazing and the food is even better. Great service, great location and great atmosphere. Would defiantly recommend to anybody �

Visited today for afternoon tea for a baby shower with 8 friends and 2 babies. The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. They even made us extra cheese sandwiches when we forgot to tell them that some of us were vegetarians! The food and the cakes were delicious. I would highly recommend going here!
The afternoon tea was absolutely fantastic. It was for my best friends birthday. The service was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and worth every penny. Visited today for my sisters special birthday treat. We had the beautifully presented Easter themed afternoon tea. It was delicious with an amazing little extra magic treat at the end. Staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming too. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again soon. We had a lovely time thank you. �
I booked their Christmas afternoon tea for myself, my mum some friends and my little boy. Having been here a few times I had high expectations as they have always treated us well and I was not disappointed! They knew I would have the little one and had a table ready for us to fit my pushchair and the afternoon tea was absolutely wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and the refills of coffee and tea was lovely! It finished a lovely day of wandering around Worcester, and we were not rushed out even though it was towards the end of the day

Took my wife for a birthday afternoon tea. Extremely impressed with the service and quality of food. All freshly made and fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and efficient. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Put me in the wifes good books so would highly recommend.

Delicious mad hatters tea, so well thought out and very yummy. The chocolate moose with strawberries was my fave. We will definitely be back for another afternoon tea soon

My husband and I went there today for the first time for a long time. As soon as we entered we were so glad we were back. My husband had Egg Mayo sandwiches, done fresh to order, and I had Bacon Panninni, lovely. Staff were so friendly as well. Will be returning very soon 10/10
Really lovely little shop. Staff were pleasant and it was a very cosy and personal experience. Felt like I could have sat there for hours as it's not one of those places that feel like they want you to have a drink and move on. Really helpful when inquiring about things like their menu/ helping decide what to have. Just a very nice experience! Will happily return.
Highly recommend this little gem. Lovely staff and very friendly. All cakes are made on site fresh every day. The chocolate counter is exceptional, these are also made on site. The afternoon teas are amazing.

Absolutely fantastic as always, my friend and I have been celebrating birthdays and promotions for the last 3 years with a chocolate Deli theme afternoon tea. (We even had two through lockdown as picnics in the gardens)

Came here for afternoon tea and it was lovely. Nice selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones and teas. The shop down stairs has great handmade chocolates, really nice quality.

Lovely staff and a cosy atmosphere. The chocolate is beyond compare accompanied by a delicious selection of cakes as well as a varied menu for sandwiches etc.
