Treated my mum to dinner for the first time tonight, we both really enjoyed it. Mum had the steak skillet which she said was cooked really well and full of flavour and I tried the steak burger which was one of the best I've had. The lemon drop martini was perfect as well. We will be back again soon. Thank you

Wendy Youngs and I were first time visitors last night dining with 2 friends. Super ambiance, excellent food and very good wine. The scallops and black pudding were very tasty whilst the ribeye steak was one of the very best steaks I have eaten. What is more I asked for it rare and was persuaded by the waitress to have it medium rare due to the fat on it. She was right! Loved the Malbec too. We will return.

Had a lovely meal here on a Saturday evening. Staff were fantastic and a great atmosphere with brilliant classic music playing. All in all a great experience and will be back next time we are in the area. Oh - and the bacon in the burger was sublime but all the food was exceptional to be fair! Recommended.

WOW , WOW, WOW. Fantastic!! We went here for our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in we fell in love. The wonderful lady gave us a glass of fizz with the loveliest smile ever. The staff, the atmosphere and the food were all fantastic. We had the picnic bench and it really was to die for, I can’t wait to come back . Thank you for making our wedding anniversary so special

Could not recommend this place more. We’ve been now for a baby shower for afternoon tea and for a birthday party in the evening. The food is absolutely brilliant and it’s such a lovely place to be able to sit and chat over food. A hidden Worcester gem and a must visit!

Really lovely little restaurant in the prettiest road in Worcester. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious and locally sourced. We sat outside under the awning and watched the world go by as we chatted, ate and drank. What more could you ask for on a sunny day. We will most definitely be returning.

That was absolutely brilliant 😁👏 fantastic service, great starter (battered calamari was perfect) bread was fresh, soft and gorgeous. As for the main, well it completely topped the starter board, it was exploding with flavour, cooked just how I like it and came with a lovely peppercorn sauce. The place was nice and tidy, we were a group of 12 and just fitted in nicely on a long table. I can't wait to visit again when I'm next in Worcester 👍❤️🤩 Thanks for hosting us!

We went here for my mums 60th and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent from starter to dessert, I had a cheese sharing starter and it was all cooked perfectly, everyone on the table had to try some because it looked so good. We all had either the steak or burger for main and this was also cooked perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed, the chips and steak sauces were also delicious. The service from Denise was exceptional (we had someone a little tipsy with us) but she handled the whole night perfectly and we all enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend and we will 100% be returning.

If we could give the team at Friar Street Kitchen a 100 star rating then we definitely would. We contacted Kate at FSK to see whether they would be able to host us and our family for a celebration and I can only say they truly went above and beyond. Kate was so amazing in advance, meeting with us to understand what kind of food we would like, decorating the restaurant for us and supplying bottles of Magnum for our occasion. The food was SPECTACULAR and all of the guests said how amazing it was. And as for the service, we have to say it was literally the best service we have ever experienced. Kate and Denise are absolutely superstars, really looking after every single one of our guests and literally made us all so welcome and made our day so so special. We cannot thank you enough!!! Highly recommend everything about FSK and the amazing team running it. Polly & Rob xxx

Amazing experience. Booked a table for my girlfriends birthday. We were greeted with champagne and smiles. We both enjoyed our food and the chilled atmosphere. Jealous of Kates brownie baking skills.

We went here for my friend's baby shower. The food was tasty and well presented. The food were set on a bench which was really cute and I could say very Instagramable. The entire set serves 2 which costs £22/head, is a good value for money as it includes a drink as well. I wasn't able to finished the cakes so they brought out some boxes for us which is really nice of them as with some restaurants, you'll be embarrassed to ask for the left overs to be taken home. So, kudos to the staff for this additional service as the cakes are so delicious we don't want to go on a waste. And last but not the least, staff are really friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a nice chatter!

We stopped here for lunch, went for something simple that tasted absloutley lovely!!! Chicken & Halloumi flat bread (without halloumi) as I dont eat cheese and my husband had a CBA salad, what are both simple dishes perfected to within an inch, clearly a lot of effort is put in to their food here all cooked from scratch.

The service from the staff was some of the best I have had. They catered directly for my wife's gluten and diary allergy and adapted the menu to ensure she had a good evening. The food was excellent and I would recommend to anyone.
