Lovely place! My other half loves pigs and she was delighted she could sit watching the pigs for dinner. The food was lovely! And very good portion and prices were fair! Great little place! We highly recommend. Staff friendly too. :)
My wife and I come to Dorset a couple of times a year, and have done for about 5 years now, every time we make sure to come to Seven Stars. The service is friendly and welcoming and the food is great. If you're thinking about going to a pub for a drink or some food, this is the place to go, even if it's a bit of a drive, or a taxi or a train away, get yourself, friends and family to Seven Stars, you won't regret it. Can't wait to come back again!
What a wonderful evening a fantastic meal big meal definitely worth the money puddings to die for my little girl who is 3 enjoyed her evening there the land lady was so lovely � didn’t mind my daughter having a walk around they made us fill so welcome such a lovely place thank you �
Been here lots of times and never had a bad meal ,the food and staff have always been great . We've had birthdays, anniversaries and just family get together and everyone who been with us also throughly enjoyed it .. I love my meat so always go for the mixed grill .

My wife and I joined our friends in the Dorset Explorers Club meeting which was held in the rally field at the back of the pub.
We all went for an evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed,I had the trout dish and my wife had the crab with salad, which was superb.
The landlady and staff were exceptionally friendly,and we were looked after really well.
We will definitely return

Went for the first time in 7yrs since moving away, and it hasn't changed a bit. Fantastic food, great portion sizes, best chips I've had for a very long time and lovely frendly staff.
Excellent food , ambience and staff - owners are very helpful and friendly with over 26 years of experience in running a pub. Great menu and selection of drinks , big outside play area and pool table inside.
Had tea this evening what can I say amazing food really good portion sizes and a really good vibe. Staff were really friendly and helpful any one staying or visiting near here deffo pop in for a drink or meal 10/10

Lamb burger to die for! Beautifuly presented and so yummy. Lovely friendly staff. Just the ladies toilets letting it down, as needs an overhaul.
Lovely meal and great service. Highly recommend the Summer Spritzer cocktail. The Baileys Creme Brûlée was heavenly. Only disappointment was the weather as I would have loved to have sat outside. Will definitely be going back!!!
Not been for ages. Booked for family visit. Extensive menu of proper home cooked food. We all thoroughly enjoyed our individual meals & desserts. The staff were efficient and welcoming, there was a great log fire burning in the bar area. A lovely visit. Fairly quiet due to time of year, weather etc. Would highly recommend.

Had a nice meal there today . I had the game pie, it was pheasant enough although a little deer. It was delicious though and my friend had a lovely ploughman's. Always had good food here, if you haven't eaten for a few days then try the mixed grill.
Our first visit to Seven Stars but definitely not the last. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The selection at the bar is great, something for everyone.
All the staff are friendly and discrete. All in all, a great place to enjoy a beautifully
prepared and tasty meal.
We came here many years ago, when we used to stay at Weymouth Bay, and we really enjoyed the Thai green curry. Although the menu has changed, it's still a great place to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service was very quick. The food was excellent, the gammon and seared salmon tasted great.
Lovely pub with lots of character and log fire, feels really cosy.
Not forgetting the friendly and very efficient staff, with large portions of tasty food, and a range of draft beers.
With plenty of parking and a caravan/ motorhome site with electric.

Overall a good experience.
The steak was overcooked against my preference but the atmosphere and ambience were highly enjoyable.
More fans operating in the conservatory would have made that room more comfortable on a hot day too.
Another superb meal at this venue. Service was quick and enjoyed every mouthful. Steak was cooked perfect medium rare. Never had a bad meal here in my life. Until next time after your kitchen refurb. Already looking forward to it!
Great service as always and even better roast dinner. This is our go to for any meal out. The menu is superb and the staff are friendly. Outside playarea is good for younger children. Drinks are well priced and lots of variety.
Amazing!! Baguettes at lunch was so good for our lunch, we came back for dinner this evening too! Were warned service might be slow due to a big party, but no problems :)
Love this restaurant. We came with family after a visit to Monkey World and we would definitely come again. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was really good and it wasn’t overly priced. Nice to see a restaurant with a good park. Highly recommend

Big menu so we got something that we really wanted, special venison casserole was really good. Good amount of food for the price and very tasty.
I did try to contact them to make the aware of the temperature of there food - chips scolding, ribs cold, but I just get an automatic replay that they do not take bookings via email. Oh well. we enjoyed our meal and will return
Bloody lovely food! Always large portions, the roast dinners are beautiful! This has now become a regular place for us and our family, we've never had a bad meal here. Proper cooked food, lasagne is to die for, and we always have a clean plate! Thanks guys!
