Really nice bookshop with some interesting books and other things. Stayed at Woodhall spa for 1 week must have spent more time in this shop than the campsite!

Popped in whilst visiting Woodhall and parked nearby which was free. The shop is lovely and very up-to date whilst also offering a wide range of custom. The manager clearly understands the market as has a section of books dedicated to tiktok famous books, plush teddies called JellyCats, and reusable water bottles. The store also has a dedicated children section, jigsaw room and a used book area at the rear of the store.

Most amazing service from Kath at the book fayre. She helped me in my hour or need, going above and beyond to find me the perfect gift and card for a special boy. I cannot thank Kath enough for helping me out in my panic to get a last minute replacement gift.

Just a lovely place, through and through. Front list and popular titles at the front, as well as a lovely selection of book-related gifts and a great card selection. The children’s book room is fantastic, with books for every age from first reads through to young adult, thoughtfully arranged by theme and including more book-related toys and gifts. The new (to me) non-fiction space is great and includes a great selection of World War history, which is very relevant for the area. Next, there’s a treasure trove of second-hand books in a large room at the back, including a display cabinet of some lovely first editions. Finally, a special word of thanks to the lady serving us a the till (the owner?) who gave my dinosaur-mad tiny human a dinosaur paper bag to put his books in. Together with the book-buying experience itself, this was a highlight of the day for him and so for all of us! Can’t wait to come back

I absolutely love bookshops, especially the independents. Extensive range of new and current titles in all genres, with the added bonus of a large selection of second hand books at the back. Who knows what hidden gems are waiting to be found there?

Books hold our hidden treasures that are only just waiting to be plundered and explored on great adventures that transport us on a journey that takes us skywards towards a far away land or one that let's us take a peek into our own history and our own surroundings...
