This place has definitely improved over the years.
Pizza is always piping hot (delivery or store collection).
Staff are always nice.

Just a quick bit of feedback for Pizza Hut ......definitely think about an XL size Pizza like one of your main rivals.
Been a few times recently, good quick and friendly service from shift manager Muhammad Bilal. Meaty One pizza with stuffed crust is my fave, cooked well and to standard. Been using the Woodford outlet for many decades, and they really seem to be on point now. 👍🏼
Pizza comes nice and hot, just the wedges are a bit hard most of the time and have to put in the microwave for a bit 👍🏻
Muhammad Bilal was the guy that served me on two occasions and I just had to get in touch and Keane a review about him.
His Customer Service was fantastic on both occasions and he really couldn’t do enough for me… he was a pleasure to talk with and was the reason that I came back the second night.

Your pizzahut shift manager Muhammad Bilal is so nice guy. His behaviour to deal with the customer is so nice and he is friendly as well. He makes pizza very well. I enjoyed the food for the pizzahut everytime.

Had a bad experience when my pizza was delivered at the beginning of August. I was promised a free pizza due to all the cheese coming off onto the lid of the box. I spoke to Faizal today and he was amazing!! He was friendly and very courteous! He sorted out my issue with impeccable customee service!
