I went to Divine with my husband and have to say the experience was great! We went to Taxim a year ago (which has been rebranded as Divine) and enjoyed dining at the restaurant. We were excited to see what Divine had to offer. The decor and ambience were really nice, the staff were professional and the food was physically appealing as well as being very tasty! I loved how menu encompassed a fusion of different cuisines, giving customers a lovely variety of choices. The food was pricey HOWEVER being priced correctly for its excellence and quality. The chicken shish was tasty and lamb shank was amazing! I loved the sauces accompanying the main course but perhaps would like more of it as it was delicious. We hope to come back soon, thank you for having us!

Good service with good food. Nice vegetarian selection. Eating on a Monday night, so the restaurant was almost empty, but a great little gem. Decor is welcoming and pleasant yet a bit different. One of the best vegetable musaka’s I’ve eaten for a while. I dined with my family. The service was excellent. Well done. A few downsides but nothing major. I found the Turkish tea a bit too strong and the Baklava dessert was drenched in too much honey and the chocolate ice cream doesn’t go well. These are minor points but the overall experience was very good. Bill was very reasonable. Only £53.75 for four of us. No complaints there! 🙂

Amazing service from these guys, I came here during lunch time, the quality of food was great, the service was exceptional, I wish I came here first rather than Lokkum. Lokkum the staff were very rude, not knowing how to speak to customers. Divine was just divine, thanks for the great service and your amazing food, would recommend highly

Food was delicious and the manager was so apologetic for the lack of service but she was short of staff. I will be defo coming back. The only thing I didn't like much was a waiter who served us. He was very stressed and paid no attention to us like he was somewhere else. I overheard him saying to the visitors from the next table to hurry up choosing what to eat because he is busy. All the other staff was great and friendly.

Great food and friendly service! The platter is so worth it!! And the shish lamb, which I personally ordered, may look small, but can really fill you up!

A very cosy place with tasty food. Plenty of choices for dinning for all tastes. Place looked very clean and tidy including the lavatory which was sparkling. The atmosphere was nice and quiet (on a Saturday afternoon) and a very enjoyable music was playing. Service was good as well, they kindly answered questions about the dishes and the street parking around the area. The dessert list includes only one chocolate option but it is heavenly rich! Good for sharing but ask for another scoop of ice cream as the chocolate is very thick.

Good food, service. Didn't have any Doner Kebabs on the menu, but the Beyti was a decent substitute. Mezze for two was great.

Went to Divine for a family reunion when cousins were visiting from Australia. Had been a few times before since the refurbishment and when it was called Taxim so I knew the food was good. Glad to find out its the same people with same great food and that the prices are still reasonable despite them decking the place out! The staff were really attentive and remembered me which was nice! The food was amazing, and my Australian cousins said they had never had Turkish as good as this before. Great atmosphere for us to catch up over some food and drinks. Will definitely be back!
