Very friendly, great atmosphere. The Columbian blend coffee is excellent, and it's nice to have a choice. A good selection of pastries and cakes I always have a cake with my coffee ☕🍰👍

Probably the best coffee in Woodbridge, they are also well priced. The coffees are still under £3.00 unlike some coffee shops in town. Can feel like you are sitting on top of each other when it it is busy but that's a good thing if you are near a Woodbridge yummy mummy.

I am becoming a Caffe Nero convert...why because of the staff ... Every location I go to seems switched on, friendly and focused on giving you what you want promptly and politely. Good range of choice, comfortable seating, and prompt service. Final clincher???... Apricot Croissant...divine!!
The staff are always friendly and the coffee is pretty good for a large chain. There's a good choice of drinks and snacks - sweet and savory. It always feels relaxed and there's no pressure to move on when you've finished your coffee. Minus one star because they are still using plastic straws! ☹️

Great staff and always welcoming. Best coffee in a major chain of coffee shops. Only issue is excessively noisy cooler unit that gets examined regularly but still makes too much noise. Not a problem in other caffe Nero.
