I've eaten beautifully made food byThe Cook Shed, have watched it been gathered, prepped, cooked and served up and each time it's the stuff of dreams. I kid you not, when I'm hungry this is the food that I find myself thinking of. I thoroughly recommend you share her recipes.

The perfect stop for coffee or lunch when visiting Woodbridge. Friendly staff and excellent food. Worth finding, just off the main thoroughfare in Gobbits Yard.

Set in the hidden collection of niche shops and artisan hideaways in Gobbitts Yard, the Cooks Shed is a 'must visit' on your bucket list when visiting Woodbridge. The new owners, who took over a week ago, are continuing the tradition of well cooked food, using local produce combined with taste, texture, colour and low 'food miles'. The food was complimented with a great range of drinks including locally roasted coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The owners were attentive, friendly and created a atmosphere that makes the Cooks Shed ideal for families, couples or a place to read and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Stopped at Woodbridge for lunch on our way back up the A12. This rather unusual restaurant was recommended by Google so we gave it a go. We had the lazy breakfast which was very tasty and filling. Staff were very friendly, as were the other customers. Wasn't that busy on the Sunday in September when we visited but could imagine it gets very popular at peak times. It's a little hidden away from the high street but worth taking the time to find it.

A surprising find on a visit to Woodbridge. It has a fairly limited menu, but all freshly cooked, and a good interesting vegan choice for me for an early dinner, as it closes at 8pm. Reasonably priced. We ate indoors, where they have a few indoor tables, and a nice patio at the back, and nice friendly staff work there. Although it definitely has a street food vibe, and the good was great, I would have preferred to have eaten the food from a proper plate/glass rather than cardboard box, and disposal cutlery and plastic tumbler, although for takeaways it was very conveniently packaged, but may not have kept hot for very long. I only mention this so people know. I would definitely eat there again.

Under new management, this place is a little gem of Woodbridge. Excellent food and drink with child and dog friendly atmosphere. Breakfasts are amazing and careful with the sausage order (they're huge). Artisan cafe without all the fly's crawling over the food unlike another artisan cafe on the thoroughfare! Highly recommend.

We tried most dishes on the menu and they were all fab. Lovely ingredients and really interesting combinations. Still talking about our dinner last night, always a good sign! And thanks for not rushing us out. People of Ipswich/Woodbridge, try this place for dinner!

Had a fantastic brunch here on Saturday. Not your usual breakfast menu and everything for our table was fantastic. Can’t wait to try their Friday evenings next time we’re in Woodbridge. We saw the menu from the previous night and it looked amazing.

The BEST food I've had in Woodbridge/Ipswich ever. Finally got around to having some street food here last weekend and it was amazing. We had the chicken shawarma and borek and both were INCREDIBLE. Highly highly recommend this place.

Delicious sweetcorn fritters with avocado and bacon (or tomato for the vegetarian option - just ask). Lovely drinks selection (also licenced). Try the amaretto and sea salt hot chocolate; delicious. Lovely staff and they really didn't mind us sharing the cake between 3 (unlike another Café in Woodbridge). Blankets would be nice as some of us felt a wee chill. :-)
