Went here for a 70th birthday and we loved it. We live a long way away so it's our first time. There were 15 of us and everyone enjoyed their food which was all great. The service was good enough considering the size of the party. The beer selection is amazing and I was devastated to be the driver and just with we lived closer as I would love to go there again.

Food was good overall, gammon was a bit on the dry side. The Yorkshire pudding meal was good as was the belly pork. They seemed to be short of staff as when we were seated it was 20 minutes before our drinks orders were taken. After we ordered the food it seemed to take an age before it arrived. The comment we heard from a member of staff was 'when the sun comes out so does everyone', doesn't take Einstein to say look at the weather forecast.

The most delicious Steak and Kidney pie made with a suet crust I have had in years. Beautifully crisp pastry well filled with meat and served with delicious broccoli, heritage carrots, red cabbage and sweet small peas. Mashed potato was on offer with this but I didn't have but I assume as good as the rest. All the food our party had was excellent and averagely priced. This pub also has a good range of real ales, served directly from kegs in the bar from the brewery next door. Always busy when we've visited so I would recommend booking, especially if planning to eat. Spacious well maintained garden. Dog friendly.

Absolutely superb, food was outstanding, so tasty, fresh & good size portions nicely presented, staff were just lovely, very attentive, friendly & professional. Real ales & ciders we’re also excellent, could not fault, very clean, dog friendly, fabulous garden & nice brewery shop. Will certainly be back, approx 20min easy walk from Salhouse Broad moorings.

We did the brewery tour and then stayed for lunch. The Steak and Kidney suet puddings and Ale & Yorkie were delicious!! One of the nicest pub meals I've had. Also a great selection of beers from the brewery. Highly recommended!!

A great family pub with good food. We visited here on Easter Saturday evening during our Broads holiday. Due to an unforeseen boat change we had to change our route so we did not have a booking. They squeezed us in despite being very busy and we had a lovely meal. The staff were all lovely too. Special thanks to Edward for going the extra mile

Had lunch here. Food was absolutely gorgeous, although we did have to wait over an hour before food arrived. But it was worth it as it was delicious. I had the beef in the Yorkshire pud. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely go back.

The pub/restaurant is attached to the brewery which have guided tours. The roast dinner was excellent only issue was drinks, they took a while to arrive and had to ask 3 times for a jug of water. Will definitely be going back again

What can I say. I’ve been looking forward to this for a while… it didn’t disappoint. Great beer on cask and keg. Lovely food. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Great night.
