This is a great little cafe (under new ownership, now called The platform). Prices are good, the food is good, and the location is good. It's also a place you can book for special occasions. Will defo return. 👌

Very busy at the cafe today as the warm sun was out in mid Feb. Ordered drinks and food for both of us. We were expecting a long wait but drinks arrived within 5 minutes and hot food delivered within 10 minutes afterward. Impressive service and food was very nice too. Will be back again. Keep up the good work.

Lovely place, off the South Staffordshire Railway Walk, in an old train station. The coffee was great, but unfortunately, we arrived too late to try their food options. But I will definitely visit again.

Visited Saturday lunchtime, most welcome after a long walk. Bacon and sausage sandwich almost perfect and coffee excellent. Staff friendly and attentive even though they were busy, very busy.

Nice cafe along disused railway, nice layout inside we old ticket office/ waiting room, busy on the weekends but if the weather is dry lots of outdoor spaces to sit. Plus great walks along the route of the old railway 🛤

Food was good value for money. Only down fall no kids menu but the lady on till did say she could do a smaller plate of food for my little one.

Lovely place for catching up over coffee with friends and getting something to eat after a run/walk. Could do with more children's high chairs, and perhaps a kids play area.

First visit and a very nice surprise. Lovely old railway building with period features preserved. The hunter's panini was very nice indeed!

Just where you need a cafe, if you are walking the South Staffordshire Old Train Walk, it’s 10km or 6m from Fens Pool area, it’s then only 6km 3.5m from the theoretical end at Alderdley.

Yummy cake and good cup of tea in the cafe halfway along the pleasant South Staffordshire Railway Walk, so makes an ideal stopping off point. Table service inside and lots of room outside for my dogs and I to sit. Also a Robin came to sit at the next table to me waiting for left over cake so that's another endorsement.

A lovely place, easy to park, sit inside or out. Cakes are incredible, they stock gf and alternative milks. English breakfast also has veggie and vegan options and VERY reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. The disused railway track is perfect for walking or cycling, seems to go for miles so I need to return with the bike and explore

Great breakfast after a lovely walk. Fabulous toast, eggs a little underdone for my liking but all round very tasty and great value.
