Favourites is to my go-to haunt for fast food (mainly chicken). The chicken (and food in general) is good, nothing special. Staff is helpful most of the time but does not always speak english so it is hard for them to understand you.
Sent wrong food but rang them and they sent me the right food within 20 minutes (we all make mistakes!) Customer service was brilliant and driver was polite. Thank you 😊

Wife ordered us a takeaway and left a note to say its my 30th birthday, so the kind hearted gents at this restaurant stapled a note to my burger box reading "the world needs more 30 year olds. Welcome to the club! Cheers! Have a glass of cold beer and enjoy your 30th Birthday"
Such a small gesture but means the world knowing theyres still kind hearted people around.

I bought the two piece chicken and chips and it was really nice. The chicken wasn’t too oily but it had the right amount of oil unlike Dixy chicken where it’s just way too oily and the chips were really nice at Favourite Chicken
Very handsome young man gave me great service I was very pleased with the wait time and the food it self, very hygienic too defo recommended coming here.

Service is pretty quick with extra staff available to take orders if there's a queue. When I entered, 2 were serving with only one person in front of me. The food quality is quite good, the spicy chicken is just that - well marinaded as the menu suggests. The place was clean, ample seating available, bins emptied when full, trays collected, tables wiped down as people left. So where does the place lose a star? The portions are like those served on a child's menu. Compared to other similar food places where adults have large chicken strips n children get smaller strips, these were definitely child portion sizes. The portion of fries was around 40%-50% less than other similar food places; probably just enough to sandwich between 2 bread n butter is how small the portion was
Had the 3 piece chicken, fries, drink meal. Very nice food and a cheap price too 👍🏻
Food really nice but the chicken burger was a bit too thick you could cut that in half matey and sell it on
