Took my 2 kids for buffet breakfast. They love it and its so worth the money as they eat free. The car park meter swallowed my money with no ticket so they called the engineer to fix it but still took the money off my bill. Lovely staff and lovely food. Just gutted they have stopped the flapjacks � xx
Used the function room on Sunday for a christening, they couldn’t do enough for us, food was lovely, staff were great and the afternoon was a great success. They were really helpful with setting up the room and in the build up to the day too! They even organised he clean up afterwards too - thank you
We hired the function room upstairs for a birthday party and I’ve got to say - Leah was amazing when it came to booking, showing us round, pre-orders etc. So a huge thank you to you Leah! The staff on the night (so sorry I’ve forgotten the managers name) were also so helpful and really accommodating. I can’t thank you all enough for your excellent customer service! Food was good, drinks were served in good time (we were a big party 37 people!) and you all remained happy and smiling.

Nice quiet place to have breakfast. Delicious food. I visited the beefeater on Saturday the 4th November after going to the gym. I have never had such an amazing cooked breakfast at such a good value for money! Staff were really welcoming and friendly Angie and Leanne. They seated me instantly.
Lovely breakfast, would go again.

Went here for Christmas Eve breakfast, so glad we did. There was a choice of full English £9.50 or Continental £7.50. If you opted for the full English, Continental was included. Children eat free, thats 1 adult to 2 children( check for age limits) . It is a help yourself buffet, you are wanting for nothing, unlimited cornucopia food and drinks. The food here is excellent, and staff are most helpful and attentive. We booked a table and I think this maybe advisable, didn't see a spare table there, this speaks for itself about the popularity. We had the full English. Definatly another visit on the cards. Sorry no pictures, too much variety and too tempting to stop to take pictures.
Update: Went for Sunday dinner, see pictures, service at table, great staff, fantastic food and prices.
Because of HGV driver shortage (covid related) lots of items unavailable from menu but food we got was tasty. The issue we had was that even though the restaurant was nearly empty all the customers were seated on adjoinng tables. Why when social distancing is still recommended indoors did they put us all together?
Fantastic service at Moseley, Ben & the team are always fantastic and nothing is ever too much to ask. There’s a great atmosphere between staff and customer. Staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Great prices on food and drink which is always really good quality. Staff genuinely care about their locals and manage to pick you up on the worst of days!!! I’m incredibly thankful for these lot.
Always a pleasant evening when we go. Never go without vouchers (there's always some available).
Staff are very friendly, but if they are busy things can be easily missed.

Great quality pub food, cooked perfectly. Our favourite local eating place. The staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Highly recommended.
Friendly and responsive staff and good food. I don't eat out often but the food was reasonably priced I think.
Between us we had chicken goujons, cheesy potato dippers, fillet steaks, peppercorn sauce, onion rings and fries with a bottle of rioja.
Booked here for a Father's day meal and we weren't disappointed. We were seated straight away, the hostess took us to our table with the necessary high chairs and showed us where to put the buggy so it was well out of the way.
The service continued to be top notch and the waitress had our drinks and food sorted swiftly.
The food was standard Beefeater fare and for the price was decent though there was very little seafood in the rigatoni dish.
Parking was free though it was a Sunday.

We are delighted with the service and the quality of the food we enjoyed, but most of all we were astonished at how quickly our order was fulfilled, at the start of the busy evening. Thank you all very much. We're looking forwards to bringing our son for a meal tomorrow to celebrate his graduation from the nearby Baptist Bible College at Telford.
Disability access: flat entrance from brick laid paths, some dips but otherwise smooth. Disabled parking nearby for both Beefeater and Premier Inn. The front seating area where we were was also level. Our table was conveniently close to the door but not in line of a draft or the flow of passersby. The area has been designed well in that respect. Toilets located on the left side of the entrance/reception area, just inside the door.
Our meal was a 6pm evening meal, starter and main, one had dessert and one had coffee, with one non-alcoholic drink each. We took advantage of the meal deal from our stay at the Premier Inn next door, so although we paid around £20 each, the meal was probably about £25 each in real terms.
Amazing meal I’ve always enjoyed the food here and the staff are always lovely. They’ve had a revamp of the menu since my last visit and upped their game. My flame grill combo was just delicious the mini Mac and cheese omg👍 I’m stuffed and happy! Thanks all fab service
Great service and that's the reason I've gone to the effort of completing a review. We had a breakfast which was nice. The manager that was on was very organised, focused, entertaining and could probably earn a lot more money else where if he is consistant with what we saw today.
Came for a birthday meal on Saturday 12th August. Food was very good as was the service from the waiting staff. We were all made very welcome. Will recommend you to my friends.
Went today for a last minute lunch, friendly welcome from Angie, table service from Che, and drinks brought to the table by Sophie.
