While we were late to our reservation they still held the table for us as we phoned ahead and explained why. Katie was very polite and speedy, got busier into the night so service was a little slower but nothing major. Food was very good and cooked perfectly to how we asked.
Danny our server was fantastic. She was helpful polite, friendly, you name it she was it. Couldn't do more for us. Food fantastic as always

smile and tone and she also went above and beyond to personalise our anniversary for us. Food was fantastic just how i wanted it too.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with some friends. I was well looked after by the wait staff. The food was tasty and I was more than happy with the night. Most of my party had the set menu for £28 for three courses.
I would recommend this restaurant branch to others in preference to the Hagley

We visited today and had Marko as our server he was very helpful, and provided a superb service with our food and anything we required. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Marco was a brilliant server, as someone who managed in hospitality for a number of years, he is one of the best servers iv seen, so attentive, polite and helpful! Visited this branch on numerous occasions - never had a bad meal here at all. However, yesterday the food took ages to come to us. The waitress was lovely & polite. I understand there are busy times - it might have been nice to have been informed at time of ordering that there was a longer expected
Service was excellent, plenty of offers to get drinks and staff checking food was ok. It was busy for a Tuesday but didn’t stop the staff making you feel like you were a priority.

Excellent food, great service - staff very attentive, efficient and knowledgeable about food and menu. Quickly seated and served. No pressure to finish our meal and vacate the table. Restaurant very clean and tidy.
