Great coffee, a wide range of breakfast options and a good selection of cakes. Staff are always helpful and efficient. Prices are on the higher side, but worth it for the location.

Love going to the garden centre and then stopping at this cafe after. The scones and tea are to die for. Friends all loved the vegetarian options on the menu too. Stunning location surrounded by greenery. Big car park and clean toilets available.
Had a lovely breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled egg on sourdough toast, it was cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic, so helpful and thoughtful. I love looking at the grounds too. Very relaxing.
Great cafe in a lovely site adjoining a magnificent country house. When we arrived the cafe was busy but we could still choose our table - outdoors, conservatory or indoors in the rather impressive Blue Room. The vibe was traditional British - and all was super clean. Food was ample and mainly cooked on site. Coleslaw was home made. Really good. Wonderful cakes! A few hundred yards from Woldingham station and walks - Knights garden centre adjoins the site - I was very impressed with their homegrown bee-friendly plants with no neonicotinoids. Thank you Knights.

Met with friends for tea. We waited a long time for the order to arrive despite being only feet away from service area inside. Scone was ordered but left out. We had to ask again and remind them it was All a bit haphazard. It wasn't that busy. Even the coffee and tea took ages to come. Service before on previous visit has been very good.
Love my purchase at the garden centre. The Dene coffee shop is so lovely, staff are amazing. It also has the perfect setting and comes with a great view too
A nice cafe with beautiful garden and friendly staff. The whole place felt comfortable and pleasant. Had the jacket potato with the coronation chicken which was a decent portion and quite tasty but nothing too special. Ideally there is also a garden center next to it with some beautiful flowers, plants and pots. It was a perfect location for us after our hike in the Surray hills just next door.
Not been here since covid shut down. Pleased to say it was as good as I remember it
Food is great selection and drinks, Cappucino was best I have tasted recently. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The venue is kept very clean and airy. You can eat inside or out in the garden. Vegan offerings are poor but otherwise a pretty decent menu. I’d recommend it for an easy chilling gathering.
Ordered Prawn baguette with French fries and Salad with a pot of tea. Baguette was warm and full of prawns. Chips were crispy. Tea piping hot. Very enjoyable.

Great service. Great food. Gluten free vegetarian offered. Freshly baked selection of cakes, scones and pastries. Delicious sandwiches and sweets. Good selection. Beautiful table setting. Earl gray and English Breakfast tea offered and topped up on request. We sat by the window looking out over the Beautiful bright colourful gardens with pink, orange and red flowers blooming. The background noise of the running water of the pond water feature. Such a peaceful setting. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful place again.
