The welcome and service could not have been better. Ben and the team were absolutely brilliant, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. Thank you for making such an effort to accommodate our wedding party of 14, the experience added to making a perfect, relaxed day!

We had lunch here with friends (who’ve been here quite frequently) and the food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. Staff were accommodating for our son too which was great . I’ll have to come back and try the breakfast menu at some point before Xmas.
Management and staff go out of their way to an accommodate. I asked to sit outside even though possibly rain and though they were not open to outside they let me. Sunday roast is unbeatable. Lunch and other dinner delicious and price is as good as any local pub. But here you are well looked after. L

Lovely venue and atmosphere, you certainly don't feel like you're located on a main road in Wokingham. Went for lunch and although we hadn't booked we were able to get a table outside under shade.

We had just arrived in Wokingham after a long drive and it was very close to their afternoon cutoff !But they were very polite and understanding and served us straight away. Food was very nice freshly prepared too. We sat outside which even with grey britsh summer clouds was a pleasant atmosphere.

This was sensational. The fish was soft and flakey, the fries were salted to perfection and had the perfect crisp. The steak was amazing, (I had it medium rare) and the buttermilk chicken burger was just so good. I'm definetly going to come again. 5 stars.
