We went to The White Horse tonight for dinner with our three kids and the food and service was amazing, such a lovely pub with a lovely atmosphere �. Definitely recommend it.
First visit to this pub. The staff and the cat were polite, friendly with a prompt service. The food was absolutely delicious, served hot and with a smile.
Definitely recommend a visit you will not be disappointed.�
Visited this pub for a drink a few times and stayed for a meal yesterday. It was delicious! Generous portions, fast and great service.

I have been to the White Horse a few times now and have always been warmly welcomed. And can recommend their Goat Cheese and Chutney option. Good value for money.

Lovely family run pub! Very welcoming for children, we love the playhouse in the back garden! Food always excellent and the home made cheesecakes are amazing!
A wonderful evening and the food was perfect. If I had to complain about anything it would be the over-filling of our plates. Sadly some of us had to leave food as we were too full.
Lovely little pub, food delicious and well presented, very homely atmosphere. Lovely welcoming staff will definitely return..soon.

My 90 year old mother and I were out of the our area and were looking for somewhere to have Sunday lunch. Found the White Horse who were busy but kindly fitted us in.
I can safely say this was the best Pub Sunday Roast we have had in ages. We had the beef which was beautifully tender and came with 7 veg, roast pots, Yorkshire Puds and cauliflower cheese.
Staff were friendly and gave us just the right amount of attention. Also lovely atmosphere.
It made a very sad day bearable. It was my dads birthday. He had died aged 91 in January. They had been married 71 years so very hard for mum. Mum was also please to see it had decent Ale as my father was an expert and would choose a pub for its Ale first. Pleased to see TEA � We live a couple of miles from.the Hogs Back Brewery.

Shame it's not closer. Sad that our local pub the Swan in Ash Vale no longer has the same standards. It did for 25 years whilst Derek was landlord and was always full but sadly no longer.
Had a lovely Sunday roast. Well worth the walk through the snow!
Stopped here for a pint a couple of times... Great pub garden, lots of seating and nicely set out. Tables and sunshades are plentiful, and there are big and small tables, private areas and loads of character. Drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. Also plenty of parking and food looked delicious!
Top place, recommended, took elderly rellies here for Sunday lunch today. Great food and really attentive staff. Reasonable prices too. 10/10 for me.
We booked a family meal for 31 people and from start to finish the whole event was brilliant.
We agreed on a menu a few weeks before and the pre ordered. The food came out on time and as we had ordered it. Not one person out if 31 had anything negative to say (which is rare for my family!)
The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us.

A proper English pub, serving proper English pub food of excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Bustling, but a nice quiet family atmosphere (lunchtime) with lovely outdoor spaces. Friendly and efficient service from the young staff. Good menu of traditional pub classics plus a great range of lighter lunch options. Highly recommend.
A table for 6 enjoyed an excelent Sunday roast lunch. Excellent value for money and an option of a smaller plate for those with smaller appetites. A warm welcome from the staff who gave excellent attentive service. Will definitely visit again .
Although I am not vegitarian, there was a good choice on the menu .
What a nice place this is. Excellent staff , outstanding rear garden... all music themed and decent food. Family and dog friendly. Regular live music. Recommend here for lunch.
There are plenty of gluten-free options. There's a good-sized parking area and back garden. The food is served hot and in good portion sizes. I'd highly recommend the cottage pie and fish and chips.
Had a great time at the Charity evening last night. Great music, good crowd, and the food was brilliant.
Will be definitely going back.
