Sudden chance for a meal out so turned up on the off chance. Shown straight to a table and drinks brought to us as soon as we ordered. Friendly staff and good service. The good is good pub food - particularly like the halloumi and fries. Definitely would recommend.
Lovely food, although most of the roasts had gone by the time we got there... not surprised as gorgeous. I had the rump, one of the best I've had in a while and cooked to perfection!

Stopped in as I was visiting friends in the area, couldn't fault the place, they had a lovely selection of food especially veggie options for me! Would highly recommend stopping by but worth booking a table.
We had a mid week girlie catch up last night, the staff were all very friendly and helpful we all had the 3 course special offer , all 9 of us were very pleased with our food and service, we were so impressed we booked to come back for our Christmas meal ! thanks ye olde leather and bottle !

Amazing ‘burns night’ ... wonderful food. Staff brilliant. We were not hurried between courses... Bag pipes to pipe the haggis in. Atmosphere was wonderful My husband is Scottish and was majorly overwhelmed. Thank you for bringing a wee bit of Scotland’s magic to England ���
Very impressed with this place. Food was very good, and to top it all, there are a few real ales, that are extremely well kept.

We used our visit as a test run for Christmas Day lunch. Well, what can I say except Superb! We had a delicious meal and their signature burger is amazing! Highly recommend.
Staff were very attentive and everyone enjoyed their time in this visit. My only issue was the burger bun was a tad soggy but apart from that it was all really good. Highly recommend
Went here for lunch with the family. The food was so good, Bonnie the server was really friendly throughout interacting with our little one and provided great service. Will definitely be back. :)
Nice venue, have been here quite a few times over the years. Can get busy, so good to book in advance for Friday or Saturday nights. Nice selection on the menu. Friendly staff. Nice garden area for summer as well. Toilets are clean too....good for groups of people for a work do or similar. Think that's about all I can think of.

Met up with a friend for a beer and catch up. Plenty of seating outside and parking. Service at the bar could be a bit quicker, maybe they were short staffed on my visit !! Seems to be family friendly from what I saw.
I had a craving for pie and there were 2 choices on the menu...very good chicken, leek and mushroom option, gravy and veg also very tasty. Chips were a little dry, but didn't stop me finishing it all off. My boyfriend had a burger but couldn't finish it, I obliged and it was not bad at all. Wasn't a fan of his truffle fries though.
Soft drink was very pricey (£3.45 for a pint of coke zero). But prosecco is £12 per bottle on a Friday so I know what I'm getting next time!
The rest of the menu sounds tasty and the interior of the pub is cosy and comfortable.
Our waitress was lovely as well.
Looking forward to going back.

Went for lunch on a Saturday (15th may)... Service, food and arrangements are fantastic.
Service on time, quick and perfectly timed. Very neat, clean and sanitised premises.
Food wise, can't complain and above the level for a pub and top notch.
2 starters - 1 veg and the other is BBQ Korean wings.
Mains - beatroot burger and hunters chicken.
Lastly, vanilla cheesecake with coffee.
I would certainly visit again :)
