Ate here last night and when arriving we felt very welcomed straight away. Service and food were excellent from Koush and the team!
Lamb shank chefs special was delicious as the meat fell off the bone.
Was even given a complimentary brandy as we’d been messed around by the taxi company on the way

Delicious food as always in The Tamarind Tree. When you visit Wokingham you are not short on choices for Indian restaurants but this one always delivers. Pedro particularly enjoyed the Baltic and Dahl.

Great food friendly service ,I'm vegetarian ,asked for veg samosa ,got meat samosa ,so not happy with that ,but was changed for veg samosa immediately ,other than that good experience
We fancied a curry on a Monday night in Wokingham and ended up in the Tamarind Tree. The service was great. The place was busy for a Monday evening. Fantastic customer service, really lovely chatty staff, the menu has a decent range of options but feels quite englishified if that makes sense. The food was nice but naans were quite dry and the lamb was quite tough and chewy.
It's nice enough
This was my first visit to the Tamarind Tree. We were a party of nearly 20. The service was very good and was not slow at all. The food, which is the most important part was excellent. I recommend one of the green chicken dishes.

Walked in without booking and was immediately looked after. The food and service were brilliant and I would not hesitate to revisit or recommend.
Delicious, authentic and fun, colourful Indian food. Had a nice culinary experience with a group of colleagues, best advice I can give is to talk to the owner and ask for suggestions when deciding what to eat. Great experience and lovely food
