The Bull At Barkham - Wokingham - Photo album

We had weekend dinner at this place and can say nothing compares to town food we used to have at restaurants. We ordered ribs and marinated chicken. Food was so delicious and I don’t remember when I eat such fresh chips. Lady who served our table was so lovely and nice. Rate 5⭐️ Definitely come back
Had a fantastic lunch here the other week, got a couple sharing platters and some beer. Guinness was poured properly by the older lady who was an absolute delight. Big up the Greek bloke who gave us a couple extra rings because he dropped one! Legend nice place will come again
This is always a good experience. Some of the best Thai food around and served by friendly, helpful staff.
I have been going to the Bull for years, it is my favourite place to eat! I was really sceptical when the previous owners left and it was taken over. However, if it was even possible the food now, is even better! The staff are absolutely delightful, really kind and welcoming. I highly recommend The
Excellent service. Great food. Warm hospitality and appreciated the suggestions on what to try on the menu. Well worth a visit.
Enjoyable Thai menu with all the classics available. Very efficient waiting staff - we ate outside but food and drinks came out quickly. They did some European food but for something a bit different it was very good.
Excellent service by Ellis accompanied by fantastically delicious food makes this a 5 star meal I would happily have again! The same, if not better, than it use to be in every respect! The cosy atmosphere, the delightful tastes, the wide selection of drinks, the exquisite waiting, the attentive ba
The menu takes a while to digest but worth the read. Starters of Octopus nibbles, calamari and tempura prawn were excellent as were the mains of red thai curry, lamb kebab and the steak served on a massive board of goodies, unfortunatley no room for pudding. The four of us came away happy. 25.4.23
UPDATE 7th Feb 23 PUB CLOSED FOR FORSEEABLE FUTURE Lucky unplanned lunchstop. In need of a spot of lunch I happened upon The Bull. Nice pub serving a decent pint of Timothy Taylor bitter but it was the food that I enjoyed the most - apparently the pub is owned by a Thai couple and the food was deli
I had a very tasty takeaway chicken Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Tasted just as good at home as it would in the pub. Definitely going back for more!
Splendid evening in this traditional old country now serving Thai food. Good service from excellent staff
Fair venue, Interior could do with a little decor lift, I understand its an old pub but it could still be updated while keeping its age related charm. Great effort made to keep the exterior pretty with flowers. Thai food superb, portion sizes huge. Average customer age 55+
Good service and excellent food, even though we booked the table for just 30 minutes before the kitchen closed. Thai red chicken curry was very good, as was the toned down Thai vegetarian curry. The only downside was the noise from the road beside the garden. There's a good selection on the menu, in
