This is a wonderful little cafe! I stumbled upon this place quite by accident. I was walking by and simply admiring the wonky old building when my partner noticed it was a cafe, and then we noticed the South African flag in the window and had to give it a go. The Inside is an unusual layout but really pleasant too. The people (who I assume are the owners) were friendly, chatty and seriously helpful! Lovely people. There was a large array of pastries and cakes as well as a great sandwich menu. And a good amount of South African treats. The toasted sandwiches are fantastic. We also had coffee, a milkshake and a few small bits. All tasty and reasonably priced too! (The coffee seems to be a bit more on the dark roasted side. Hints of acidic notes - not my usual preference but I still enjoyed it) I will certainly be going back. And I would encourage others to do the same! Recommended!

A gem of a coffee house in Wokingham. Not only a delicious flat white and a friendly welcome, but the only place I know with table service. No waiting in a queue for hours. Enjoy your coffee and relax

Wandered through wokingham and found this friendly cafe and went in for a sandwich and coffee. Very friendly staff, nice sandwich and coffee, a nice authentic place for a rest and a nice bite and drink! The cakes and cookies also looked great and homemade!

Good coffee and a decent size. Staff delivered coffee and cakes quickly to our table. The 3 grandchildren we had with us loved their white cream Cannoli

The food I had was fab but can only speak for some of the pastries on this! Service was 5 stars and I'm glad that I supported a family-run, local business. Recommended!

I recently visited for the second time, and I can confidently say that I love it here. The staff at this restaurant are some of the friendliest I've encountered in the hospitality industry. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable. The restaurant serves South African food, which is a unique and exciting cuisine to try. During my visit, I had the pleasure of enjoying a boerewors roll, which were absolutely delicious. It was a flavour explosion in my mouth! Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The friendly staff, delicious food, and unique cuisine make it a standout spot that you won't want to miss. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

What a cafe! Its great to see some independent traders operating in Wokingham again! Not just that, the premises are spotless, service is spot on, and the coffee is to die for! I don't know how they would be able to do any better! (And the millionaires slices.. I shouldn't, but I did! And I'm not disappointed either!) See you again soon!

A lovely dog friendl cafe, larger inside than you think from outside. Beautiful coffee, lovely blend of traditional cakes/pastries and modern, fantastic GF oat, fruit, seed and nut bars.

Very friendly staff. Prompt service. Mainly salads and paninis. An all day breakfast option would be good.

Super cafe. Much better than bigger highstreet coffee shops. Beats the high street coffee shop chains hands down. Proper hot strong coffee & delicious fresh homemade food. Enough space for working.

Lovely clean and tidy independent Coffee shop. We thoroughly enjoyed a flat white and an Americano. Both drinks were well made and quickly served to our table. Would recommend visiting when you are in Wokingham.
