Clean and nice atmosphere, staff are all friendly, will help you even if you are visiting for the first time and don't know what to choose, premise is big, sitting area is clean, good music, nearby only 2 min walk from train and bus station, you can choose your own sub or their sub series and customize as well, halal meat also available, ice cream, crisp, cookies, drinks.
Under a staff’s recommendation, i tried a sandwich. I think her name was simi, she was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was delicious and i felt very welcomed at the place. 10/10 highly recommended and would try it again definitely.
I had vegan sub yesterday served by Sanjong. He definitely did a good job building my sandwich in perfection. Usually, its a mess when I eat it but overall well done to him. Will visit again soon.
Excellent service. Felt like I was in a Michelin Star Restaurant. Was served by a very kind wholesome girl, made me laugh and uplifted my mood for the whole day.

I am a regular customer and my recent visit to the store was quite pleasant and better than previous visit. A very friendly customer host named Junaied helped me with the order . It was neat sandwich and customer service was great and better staff as compared to previous experiences in the same store .. nice upgrade with customer services !! I work in the Regus spaces down the road, this subway is my go to lunch spot. Healthy fresh food, and great service. Simi (i think her name is) especially brings a smile to me when i visit and is generous with meat portions!
I regularly go to this subway and can say for sure that they have the nicest people and food here.
The staff are great at explaining any issues i had in understanding the different kinda of sub and are always so friendly.
I have previously gone late just before they closed and usually i would hate if someone did this (from having worked in hospitality) but they kindly allowed me to sit and eat my food telling me there was no rush.
Special shout out to Sanjong who always seems to be working when i go to get a sub from there. He is nothing but nice and kind efficient and friendly. A good example of what hiring great staff looks like. Well-done to subway for hiring this guy. Always makes me sub spot on :)

The guy was great, everything seemed clean but I definitely saw a few flies buzzing too close to the food for my liking.
