Stopped here after the movies. The place was absolutely packed. Cars in the drive through backed up into the streets and a line to get into a MCDONALD'S!!!

There was an employee at the door directing everyone - carry out? Or dine in? How many in your party? Great hey I need a table for two please then someone walked us to our table. The food came out quick, it was fresh, and more importantly the fries were hot !!!!
I have never seen a location packed like this before. Maybe it was a fluke but the management team and the employees need to be commended for handling it so well
We ordered from the car park and waited. The staff member who brought our food out was very polite and apologised as we were waiting for roughly 25mins for our order. We did actually check we had ordered from the right restaurant!! Positive slant the food was lovely and piping hot!!
They've changed some staff. My negative review has now changed as a result. Interestingly, they've now clearly labelled both drive through service lanes as "Lane 1". Good move as I was told twice before that someone else was taking orders for the "other lane" as I was left waiting because the opposite lane went from empty until two cars drove in and were served before me. What I ordered has also been correct in my last two visits.
Keep it up. It's important whom you employ as customer facing staff!
Visited about 7am with my 2 kids, staff were great and helpful food was nice according to kids coffee was nice

Bring back the quorn burger you did years ago though please that was lush, the veggie burger is ok but definitely not as good as the quorn one you did.
Parking here is an absolute nightmare. There is just not enough spaces for the amount of people that use it. Staff are always friendly and it's what you expect from a fast food restaurant.
The main manager runs a very good tight ship & is quite strict with his staff...I only wish my local Macdonald's was the same. Very friendly staff also greeted me as I arrived & said goodbye as I left one even chatted briefly to me. Excellent one of the best Macdonald's I've been to on my life. Other branches take note!

Best McDonald’s I have ever had chips was salted just right piping hot and crispy and for the burger so well presented and didn’t look like Slop like many other McDonald’s when you have to put your own burger together no need at this one best McDonald’s by a mile keep it up
Food was relatively quick, can get really busy especially the drive through and the car park tends to get packed, avoid rush hour and the service will be good
