I have been ordering takeaway from Gurkha as a treat for the past few months and loving it, so we finally went into the restaurant tonight. Fantastic!
The restaurant: Plenty of seating, nice warm fireplace, and cosy without feeling cramped. Prompt, friendly service.

Wow, I've been passing by the Old Court hotel in Witney almost daily. As such a self confessed Curry lover - I have wanted to test the Gurka Bar out. Absolutely fabulous food. Well worth eating here. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's tastefully decorated and serves the best Indian, Thai and Nepalese food around Witney.
