Lovely hushed little pub. Visited for a breakfast stop after a long road journey. Service was excellent. Food wasn't to my taste but was prepared well and arrived in a reasonable time. A nice pub to have some good food! A friend and I came on Steak Club Tuesday and got a steak. Great steak and good price :)
We had brunch here, large and airy pub with many different areas to choose from. Food very good and hot and quick..Odd that there was no water jug on bar though you can request glass of water.
Stopped in for quick lunch. £6.50 for chicken burger. Chips and a pint. Chips could be hotter.
As always a proper Spoon's brekkie for two, never disappointed. New girl on the till taking the order, she was a bit nervous on her first shift but did very well. Hope you're settled in now Eve. Well done.
Food was amazing. The sirloin stake very tasty and fresh.
Had a breakfast here and was lovely and for me the thing that let it down was the disabled toilet. The key was left in the door and a parent took her 2 children in which whilst I get it was easier for her, it's not there to take yr kids just cos you don't want to take them to the normal toilets. Oh

Absolutely lovely establishment, such good value for quality products. Good atmosphere, didnt eat but looked varied menu, keep up the good work :)
