I have visited The White Horse on several occasions for lunch. The place is really friendly and down to earth. A traditional pub. The menu is simple with plenty of comforting dishes at reasonable prices. The food had been consistently excellent on every occasion - fresh and beautifully cooked. Compliments to the chefs! The service is also just right and has always been with a smile. A pleasure to eat here. Thank you.

Having got very lost on way to white horse and arriving half hour late we were greeted by amazing friendly staff.
The food was excellent. The atmosphere was delightful We will definitely be returning with out getting lost.

Had a lovely meal here tonight. The mozerrella and pesto fried balls are delicious! We also had the burger and chips and Southern Fried chicken burger and chips.

This place was just amazing. We sat in the garden with beautiful furniture. The food was amazing and delicious. Hospitality was just friendly, warm and kind. We will be coming back many times this summer.
Found the white horse by accident but glad we did. It was very early so only had coffee. But will and am looking forward to going back to sample more. Food sounds nice with a good choice of ales/cider. With parking and rooms so no need to worry about driving back. Friendly staff and hope to be back in next few weeks.

The room was lovely the staff were lovely the locals were friendly and the pub itself is very nice with an interesting history. The cocktails were decent as was the guiness. Unfortunately the food wasn't the greatest but on the whole it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay here again

I just recently held my late wife’s wake at the pub. The staff made everyone feel very welcome. The food that was laid on, was of good quality and generous portions. They Also know how to keep beer and serve it correctly. Would use and recommend to others.
This is a traditional friendly pub. The pint of beer I had was clearly cared for and tasted superb. I'm avoiding saying what it was as I suspect all the beers are as good so it's a matter of preference. The staff where very helpful. I will go again. And again.....
