We visited on a Tuesday lunch time and were able to choose anything off the menu even though it was a quiet time. The staff were very friendly and obliging.
We all chose a different selection and the food was delicious and plentiful.

My sister and I met up here today for lunch. Was greeted warmly and we sat outside in the sun. Lunch was delicious with lots of choice and a really good price point and a decent serving. Even the side salad was super tasty. Will defo be back. Thank you and sorry we hogged the table for so long from

The beer was as good as ever and the food was excellent with good gluten free options
We didn’t book but there are quite a few covers, it might be advisable for weekends or bank holidays.

Decided to visit here as it was advertised as a dog-friendly pub and we had heard good things. We were welcomed at the door at 12:45pm on a Saturday and asked if there was a table for 4. They were really accommodating and said that they could fit us in if we ordered swiftly - perfect.having said tha
We went for a family meal with my 100 year old aunt. The server was patient and kind and the food was very tasty. We were the only people in the room but the lovely decorations helped us to feel at home.
From making the reservation over the phone the Mitre Inn was very welcoming. The Inn has a nice friendly traditional atmosphere, our meal was very good, nicely presented and well priced.Thank you for a nice evening.

Beautiful food, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. We had lunch booked for 10 and we were made too feel very welcome. Highly recommend and shall be returning.
