Terrace Restaurant - Wisley - Photo album

First time to eat in the restaurant and very pleased that we did. Booked the Terrace as a special lunch for our visit to the gardens despite some reviews being say a little light Anyway service was smooth, friendly and not rushed and just extremely comfortable for a relaxed lunch. We had a starter
We were very impressed with our first visit to the Terrace Restaurant. Food was excellent and well priced (3 courses £32) and the service was very good, especially the waiter called Matt. Would come again and would also recommend to others. It is certainly worth eating here instead of the other RHS
Arrived at 12:30 instead of 13:30 as we were starving and although fully booked we were accommodated. My friend and I eat out far too much all over the place. Today’s lunch was one of the best we’ve had complimented with an English sparking wine which is so good to see. Pannacotte (sp) is my favouri
We had set lunches a couple of times at the outdoor seating, looking onto the open lawn and greenery all round when the weather was nice. There couldn't be a more pleasant place to have a relaxing lunch. Both the food and service were always good and prices reasonable. Attached is a collection of
This is an unexpected delight. Obviously one expects to come to Wisley for it's renowned plants and foliage. What one does not expect is a high quality restaurant serving creative dish courses. Service was excellent. Do make a reservation and enhance your experience here.
Lovely, airy restaurant for a sit down meal with decent service. Given the location (captive audience) and quality of food (plus the delicious cocktails), the price is very good value. From the Christmas menu, we had pate, terrine, ox cheek (with extras of greens and cauliflower cheese), cheesecake,
Great service and great value. Stopped here for a spot of lunch while enjoying Wisley Gardens. At the time of writing they were offering lunch menu with 2 courses for £20 or 3 for £25. We were greeted by an enthusiastic and incredibly welcoming lady who led us to our table and kindly re-arranged it
Was beautiful setting and food was nice but not much for the price! Was disappointed in the flat white coffee which arrived with no steamed froth....more like a milky coffee. If going to charge £3.60 should be worth it at least!
Very polite and friendly staff. Restaurant is light, airy and nicely decorated. Set menu was reasonably priced. Food looked great but tomato soup was a bit watery and under seasoned and sea bass linguine over seasoned. Not a reason to not try this restaurant as I would definitely return when visitin
An imaginative taster menu with all veg and fruit fresh picked from the gardens. Service smart and timely , and views of the gardens to enjoy. An excellent evening.
Great set menu. We had three courses and the food was tasty. Service was super too.
Birthday meal for four. Very nice food although drinks expensive and 12% service charge excessive. Would still go back for a special occasion.
We had a lovely family lunch. Not a huge choice of menu options, but something to suit most tastes. Menu changes regularly to accommodate seasonal availability of fresh vegetables. Children's menu is also available. Service was a bit slow, but staff are charming (we weren't in a hurry, so waitin
