18th of July around 7 pm, the best McDonald I have been. The customer service is impressive, the lady who give me the takeaway order, she is very cheerful with a smile and she even notice I need ketchup. She is so brilliant.
As a woman, I can say this young woman did her job very well:)
I am rather surprised by the service, which is the main reason I give 5*. Have been there not only as a customer, but to pick up a delivery, and this is probably the only McDonald's in the radius of 20 miles, where food ready estimates are plausible, from driver's perspective, and the staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful! The food is as usual as well as the atmosphere.
Thank you so much for supporting our under 13s football team fundraiser, by providing free teas and coffees at 8am on a Sunday morning, it was much appreciated by the kids and their dad's.
Best McDonalds in surrounding. People here are friendly. Food served hot and upto McDonald’s standards.
Food as usual, staff busy talking to each other apart from the young girl who kept herself busy cleaning and making sure tables were clean.
If you like MacDonalds, retail parks and Wharton then this is the place for you!
They tick all the boxes
1, Is it a MacDonalds - well unless I'm Eddie Murphy in coming to America, I'm looking at the golden arches and this is MacDonalds.
2, Is it in a retail park - well unless there's a giant swap meet near by for carpets, food and clothes then it's definitely on the retail park!
3, Is it in Wharton - well I've yet to cross the water so unless I plan to get too Over square via Market Drayton, Whitchurch, Nantwich and then up the B5074 through Church Minshull (guffaw!), then I'm still in Wharton.
Even if you only like two of the above I'd still give it a craic as it might outweigh the third. However (and I need you to heed my warning here) if you only like one of the above don't, I repeat do not go as it will only bring TERROR and WOE!.
Or do it's no skin of my nose.
I enclose a picture of a sequined fox and and a sequined unicorn standing in mouse slippers, whilst Jim Pickens watches over them. So you know my review means business.

Cleanest McDonald's I've been in for a while. Food tastes better also. Seemed popular with delivery companies people coming and going quickly, and obviously lots of teens and children. But seemed well behaved. Odd cark park though, if you are eating in - try parking on the left as you go in.
Very friendly and helpful staff. There were some Youths causing chaos in the restaurant. So my son who is Autistic was getting upset as they were making lots of noise. A lovely member of the shopfloor staff told the manager. The manager kicked them out and came out to us as we moved and apologised. Customer service above and beyond. Thank you 😃
