Small restaurant with decent Chinese food. The Crispy duck was the highlight of the meal, very aromatic and delicious. The Shrimp dumplings were very nice too. But what impressed us the most was how nice and gentle the owner is to the customers as well as his staff. He gave recommendations for the food, stopped us from ordering way too much, gave us an extra dish of fried dumplings as a gift. He was so attentive to our needs and dining experience. And when we left the tips, he received and immediately turnt to his staff, who also served us (and was so soft spoken and gentle too), to tell him "hey they left it for you". It seems like he treats his staff very nice like his family member too.
Food was great. Meat was perfectly cooked. Crispy duck was my favourite, as well as the prawn stir fry.
The atmosphere is lacking but I personally don't go to a restaurant for atmosphere.
The head chef (possibly the owner) was really welcoming.
Lucky to find great Chinese food here whilst visiting Windsor and didn't even have time to take picture before eating as it looked so yummy 😂
Beef chow fun was excellent, not too dry, and the service from the gentlemen was so good. Highly recommended!

We spent the morning visiting Windsor and was a great surprise to find this place. We ordered fried dumplings, chicken soup and roasted duck. The food was excellent, people were very nice and the price is super good (£25 for two people). Overall this is a top choice!!
My boyfriend and I came in for dinner yesterday and our food was perfect! We’re visiting from out of the country and we were made to feel welcome, unhurried and very very full for an extremely reasonable price. I think you could order anything from the menu and be satisfied. Our server and the owner were both kind, attentive and invested in giving us a lovely experience. And I can’t overstate how brilliant the food is!
We are transiting Heathrow Terminal 5 for 24 hours and needed something other than airport hotel food. We love dim sum and authentic Chinese cuisine, and we found it at Duck & Dim Sum in Windsor! As it was just the two of us, we ate for four ... 1/4 Crispy Duck (delectable), the Dim Sum Mixed Platter (plenty of food - all very well prepared), and Chinese Aubergine - delicious. And fantastic, very pleasant and welcoming service and recommendations from Dylan, our server. Just an all around foodie good experience..! We would come back for lunch tomorrow if they were open on Mondays, so we will just have to return on our next trip to London!!!
If I were to rate this restaurant, it would be 100 out of 10. I can’t describe how much I love this restaurant because it's so delicious, way better than I expected. If you are interested in typical Chinese food, please do not miss this restaurant. I love the fried udon, the seafood, everything is just cooked so right and so impressive. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who are gonna travel to Windsor.

We did a bit of googling and found this place with amazing reviews. The most delicious food - the dim sum was fresh and delicious (particular mention goes to the buns - the sweet one was so good), plus we had a portion of beef noodles which were really worth it too.
The owners were lovely, helped us order and gave such a friendly welcome that we'd absolutely recommend this place.
Took kids to Legoland and came here for a meal. The restaurant is cosy and clean, super; staffs are very friendly.
More importantly the food is delicious - authentic Chinese food with decent portion size. After a long fun day at Legoland, it’s perfect end for the day. I heard they do delivery to Legoland resort hotel too!
Visited this restaurant after a full day at Legoland with my family. Found this place off Google map, review suggested the food was nice and I'm pleased to confirm the reviews were legit and correct.
Hats off to the chef, food was nicely cooked, most Chinese places would use alot MSG in their cooking, however this place didn't at all.
Services from the two waiters inside were also really good, the atmosphere was pleasant, being the only table in the restaurant from us going nice and early. They had a small goldfish fish tank which kept my little boy entertained!
Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice Chinese cuisine and not sure what to eat locally...
There was a parking lot just few minutes walk around the back which made it even more convenient.
The best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. From the quality, the service, the attention to detail, and the kindness of every person on staff, not a single effort was spared. This restaurant is criminally underrated, and for the price it’s truly astoundingly fair
As a lover of chinese food I cannot recommend Duck and Dim Sum in Windsor highly enough. What a lovely man and a superb chef Daniel is and Dylan the waiter so so friendly. I have been in Windsor for 3 nights, have been to Duck and Dim Sum every night and must have tried around 8/9 different dishes, all as superb as each other. Don´t miss this place if you want seriosuly good chinese food!

Delicious 🤤 I am picky with Chinese food but very pleased with this little local gem! Friendly staff and tasty food too. Not too busy either so the service is taken care of! Will be coming back soon!
Nice food. Lovely people. Unfortunately there was no tofu, which restricted my choice. However, what we had was tasty and goid sized portions.
We were the only customers at 6.30 til 8.30 so there wasn't much atmosphere. We were made to feel very welcome.
Love this restaurant!! From the cozy atmosphere, to the awesome food, and the fantastic service from Dillon our waiter, you can’t wait to return. Our favorites are the Prawn Dumplings, Crispy Beef in Sweet Chili Sauce, and the Fried Rice Noodle with Chicken. Everything tastes wonderful and we can’t wait to try more of the menu!!!

As someone that's been going to the Hong Kong for years, this place is a refreshing addition to Windsor. Compared to the Hong Kong the prices are more reasonable and the quality is just as good and the portions are even more generous, coupled with the quirky and attentive service from Dylan & the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work 👍🏻 if the Hong Kong is your main Chinese in Windsor, you need to give this place a try as it will surprise you
