Lovely place for coffee. Living in Windsor for years but today was the first time when visit Gails. We had a cinnamon bun , feta& spinach roll and two coffees. Everything was really nice and very polite staff.

Been here multiple times and although it gets quite busy, I have consistently received excellent customer service. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Baristas make one of the best coffees in & around London and some of the bakery items are irresistibly delicious. On this visit I tried the ‘spinach & feta roll’ with a cappuccino and I can highly recommend both as they were utterly delicious. Overall the cafe is on the pricier side (especially if you eat in) but one that I can still highly recommend & will visit again soon.

Finally got the cream bun on last Saturday visit after many times turned up to the store to look for it. A very lovely staff (sorry didn’t get his name) got us the cream buns from their kitchen. Really appreciated his effort, very customer oriented 👍 Their cream bun is so tasty, the texture is nice and soft with rich flavor of cream. Please Gail’s, make your cream buns available as like other breads always on the shelf daily for customer. Thank you.

Had a lovely and enjoyable breakfast in with my husband: croissant with almond, madeleine and coffees (just believe the prices should be much lower).

Lovely selection of food for all tastes. Nice coffee, friendly staff. Seats both inside and out. Has become a firm favourite place! My one small gripe is not clearing outside tables quickly. Apart from that, it's great!

We arrived just before closure and ordered only coffee. I was on diet so I had it with soy milk. Ladies on counter were really friendly.

Came here with my mum for morning tea and was amazed by the large selection of cakes and pastries available. There was some really interesting looking items which looked really fresh. There is also a large menu of hot and cold drinks including a dark hot chocolate containg 75%cocco. This was delicious including the cake I had. There is lot's of seating with some of it being upstairs. They could do with clearing the tables slightly quicker. Also there is also seating outside to the front of the cafe. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. My only main negative is that the toilet was quite dirty and needed a really good clean, especially considering it was in the morning when we visited.

Me and my wife stumbled onto this place only because it was packed , which is always a good sign. Weekend in Windsor, attended the Kings Concert. Looking for a nice place to have brunch and we found one. Great selection on sandwiches, cakes, pies. The lot. Quality, on site made. Whatever customer service course this team went on, they should share it with other customer facing companies. Top draw.

Have always had lovely coffee and cakes here. It was nice to be recognised as a loyal customer today and the sourdough bread is really great too.

My time at Gail’s bakery in Windsor cannot be faulted! Customer service was outstanding and all thanks to Jack. I was unsure what to order as all the food looks beyond edible and Jack was friendly, professional and full of knowledge. He guided me through the pastries and recommended me the almond chocolate croissant, it has to be the best croissant outside of France I have ever had. I 100% recommend coming and tasting there delicious coffee and indescribable parties. I will be returning to sample Gail’s savour selection very soon. If you are new or visiting Windsor this is the place to brunch and breakfast in!!

Outstanding food. Impeccable service. Irreproachable cleanliness. Saturday morning in Windsor may be a busy affair, but Jack and his service were unfazed by the busy prospect. What a friendly, fun, engaging individual, with high quality suggestions. The hot chocolate was rich but sweet. The subtle undertone of nuts was amazing. Jack suggested the almond and chocolate croissant and it was - as Jack put it - 10/10. These pastries are not to be underestimated, flaky, sweet and fresh. Jack truly made the service a 15/10. Would not have as enjoyed the experience as much without the recommendations and friendliness I was presented with at Gail’s Bakery in Windsor.

The majority of the staff are very warm and friendly, the atmosphere is generally pleasant and the food is always top quality. I wish I had noted the names of two members of staff in particular who were very helpful with suggestions of what to try from the menu on my last visit. Have become a regular here now and hope for continued pleasant visits.
