We enjoyed our coronation lunch of quiche followed by a cream tea. Oh but the wisteria arches were so so beautiful. The music in the walled garden was delightful...such a lovely place in which to spend thd bank holiday.

Staff is helpful, smiling and knowledgeable.

There's a massive selection of plants with a sale on when I was there. We had a drink and cake at the cafe which was a lovely experience. It's table service which was very quick and staff most welcoming. There's a good range of food on the menu from cakes, to sandwiches and right up to main meals.
Absolutely wonderful, I've not had a roast dinner that good in a while- there was plenty on the plate but not too much and it was quality food. I don't normally enjoy roast chicken as much as beef, lamb etc but this was top notch, beautifully fluffy potatoes, roasted vegetables, excellent Yorkshire
