Tasty food at very reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly spacious and well presented.Will definitely go there again.
Amazing place, one of the few places left in the UK that resembles traditional PUB style
Had a great meal here last night on a Tuesday. Excellent service and atmosphere. The only reason for not having 5 stars is that the bar area is looking a little tired.

This is a nice pub, but it's perhaps not for everybody, and that's okay. If you're looking for a good range of ales and exciting food, you may not love this place. But if you're looking for character and warmth, the Bexley is for you. For people (like me) who love an eccentric old pub, this place is a real gem, and a nice contrast to the other nearby pubs. It's old-fashioned and full of character and very sweet. I love how it looks on the outside and the inside is just great. The staff I met were really friendly and warm and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

My partner and I had on two occasions left the Vansittart after waiting over 20 minutes each time to be served. We decided to walk over instead to The Bexley.
What a cute pub.
Service was prompt and so courteous , we were offered blankets for the outside seating area.

Another refugee from the Vansittari Pub (and their rubbish service) over the road. Nice pub, food was good and had a lovely chat with the staff. The London Pride is a lovely pint so save yourself a little hassle in your life and come here direct.
This is a nice little pub. We came in on a Saturday. There is a plastic shield between the customer and bar due to the coronavirus pandemic. The service was good and the food was great. Unfortunately, they were out of beef burgers and burger buns, but were good about making adjustments and letting us order off menu to make up for the lack of what we wanted. Overall, a good pub and outside of the strangeness of coronavirus I would guess great.
This is a proper pub, old school, no nonsense, good pint, packet of crisps on the table to share, let's have a session kind of pub. Not many like this anymore and hopefully it remains for many years to come. Love the Bexley.
Lovely lunch with 16 friends today. Good food & service at a very fair price.
Best pub serving the best food in town.
My wife runs Barbara's B&B a couple of hundred yards from the Bexley. Not only have we had some lovely meals there every single guest who has been there (many of them!) has come back with a very positive report with not one complaint.
