It’s one of my favourite Castle in UK, situated in Windsor, near London. Very well maintained with a large chapel inside the castle is a nice touristy place to visit in UK. Most of the inside areas video/ photography is strictly prohibited, though you can enjoy by your eyes. This Castle tells about the 1000 years of British Royal family history. Restrooms Cafes everything is available inside. During the coronation celebration there was a huge celebration party/program was arranged inside the castle followed by a beautiful light show. I love to visit here frequently. Highly recommended.

The windsor castle, is an excellent friendly little pub. I have spoken to the owner, who is very friendly and approachable. We spoke about the issues raised in the old reviews, he has told me they were addressed a long time ago. In fairness, those reviews are over 2 years old, sometimes longer. In my experience, this pub and it's staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The beer, and the company are just what you would expect from a small family run pub. Excellent! There is a nice outdoor seating area (child friendly), and also a covered conservatory along with a lounge and friendly bar. Give it a try, you wont regret it. You can check the menu, opening times etc, on google maps. Have fun. All Ways check the date a review is written, people and places change.

Attended evensong which was an absolute treat, the choir sang beautifully, in glorious surroundings. A wonderful experience, then we attended a rather lovely art exhibition in the Dean's Cloisters. A very special evening spent in a very special place

Opposite The Long Walk and ideal for refreshing drink after walk to copper horse! Been over 30 years since I last visited and hasn't changed at all which was nice. Exception being large outdoor seating area. Would recommend.

The helpful lady waitress made up for the grumpy bald guy whose bad attitude was totally unwelcoming and left a lot to be desired. He clearly didn't want us there as we hadn't made a reservation, which very obviously upset his rigid business model and inflexibility, even though there were empty tables everywhere. Not what you'd expect in the service industry. Good lunch experience, nonetheless.

Popped in after having a drive around on a hot sunny day. Didn't catch the waitress name. She made us laugh. Food and service was great. Thoroughly enjoyed, and would recommend to others. Will pop back again soon for another meal. Thank you for a great evening...... :)

We normally meet up after having taken the dog for the walk, so haven't made it past the conservatory part of the pub, which is dog friendly other than needing to use the bathroom. The beer is kept well. Quieter pub at the top of the long walk, has a little bit of onsite parking which is reasonably priced and free for patrons after 18.00. The food choice is pizzas and pub food, not a massive menu but does what we need it to do. The pizzas are good. If you were looking for gastro pub dining this might not be the pub for you.

Lovely small pub opposite the Long Walk leading to Windsor Castle. We stopped in for Sunday lunch. Helpful and friendly staff found us a table for 2, despite not having a reservation. The roast was delicious and the portions ample! A Sticky Toffee pudding and a Chocolate Brownie for dessert topped off a satisfying meal. Recommend you book to avoid disappointment at busy times.
