This place is slightly hidden away from all the other attractions in Windsor. One would need to make a point to go here otherwise it might be missed. Great choice for japanese food, by British standards, its great! The prices are also really reasonable, the food fills you up and doesn't pretend to be something it's not. They really try to make you a well presented and fulfilling meal here. It's also worth noting that they throw in a soup with your meal. This isn't stated on the menu, but it pairs great with whatever food you're eating. The only negative I noticed was that the salmon was slightly warm, room temperature at most. Absolutely wrong with it. Just slightly surprising. Otherwise as fresh as you can get here.

We had a sakana ramen soup and sushi there. Wasn’t the best Chinese food, but was delicious. We haven’t had an eggs in our soup and it wasn’t filly as I expected. But sushi was good enough. The restaurant is not far from Windsor city centre location (5-7 minutes walk). Clean and not smelly. Wasn’t busy at Sunday night.

All of our food was super tasty. Best Katsu don I have ever had. Ramen was super as well. Sushi was delicious and everything is freshly made and very worth the wait. Prices are good for portion sizes. Staff is lovely and atmosphere is very cosy.

Came here for a visit to Windsor from London. Booked a table for lunch on our way and it was hassle free. It was quiet when we arrived but more and more people arrived during lunch hour and it got busy. Seems popular with the locals. Food was good. The one lady who was serving everyone was friendly and even recommended the area to us. Food was fresh. Tempura was freshly fried and sushi was freshly made (but the seaweed was a bit soft). It has a homely atmosphere.

I love this place. The food is always brilliant. We went at lunchtime and were the only people. Still wonderful though.

Great food, good service, nice prices. Many vegetarian and vegan options. The sushi, ramen, gyozas, and sake were all great!

First time visit. Food outstanding. Service a little slow but understandable due to it being very busy and food made to order.

Everytime I’ve been here it’s never disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is always very tasty, drinks are well priced for the restaurants area and quality. Would recommend you get a big dish of udon noodles and then lots of wonderfully made sashimi to ensure even the biggest appetites are met. A quality restaurant and is essential visiting for the Windsor area.

All our dishes were really yummy, but the sushi we were kind of let down by. The rice didn’t seem really fresh. the miso soup was amazing, so was the chicken fried rice!

Came here with my friend today (1/2/22). The food was amazing. Friend ordered a Maki Set and I ordered the Vegetarian Maki set plus a Vegtable tempura and katsu curry. As soon as I tried the katsu curry it took me straight back to my holiday to Tokyo. When I ordered the Vegetarian maki set I asked for it to have no tofu in it and this was no problem as all the Sushi is made fresh when ordered. Very friendly staff and would definitely come back here again. Definitely beats Wagamamas and Yo-Sushi. This is my first and probably only review on Google. Was an amazing experience that warrants a great review.

Really delicious food. (We had beef, lots of seaweed salads, ramen soup, chicken and noodles and Japanese ice-cream that looked made in-house) Service was impeccable. Really nice atmosphere. Staff and I presume the owner were very helpful and friendly they answered all of our questions and requests. Street parking is available in fron of the restaurant but you have to be really lucky to park there, as there are 4 more restaurants. The toilets are clean... nothing fancy but no unpleasant smells. It is al little small, but my claustrophobia didn't didn't mind it 😅. Seems to be a family run business. Would I go again? Yes. We liked it.

My partner and I go here on a regular basis, fairly honest on a weekly basis. The staff are always next to nothing short of exceptional to us and everyone else who are lucky enough to go here. It's got the typical Japanese sombre yet comfortable atmosphere and you'll be very surprised at just how quick and delicious the food comes out. Never a fault since the first time we had been and that was a year ago! Thanks Misugo! Ps. After reading over my last post. I wanted to add that my partner and I still go here regularly and the food has only gotten better. Pretty sure portion sizes have increased too !

Wow! Some of the best Japanese food I've had in recent memory. We ordered a bunch of dishes ranging from the aubergine, to the yakatori, to the ebi tempura udon soup (one of my favourites). Without exception everything was superb, and I was genuinely sad that I had to stop. I will be back without a shadow of a doubt!
