I had an incredible experience during my visit to Wagamama Windsor! The service was top-notch, and the staff, especially the friendly manager Hamza, ❤️ made me feel welcome and valued throughout my meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was prepared to perfection. The combination of excellent service and mouthwatering food made it a memorable dining experience that I'll cherish. I can't wait to return and savor their delectable offerings once again! Highly recommended! 🍜👏
Food tasted different to that of up north, strange! Service wasn't as friendly as I've had previously. Atmosphere was good. The customers were more friendly and helpful than the staff.
I had a brilliant time here, our waitress is called Rachel. She was an absolute pleasure to have as a waitress.
The food was stunning as always. I had the chilli ramen, nice and spicy 🥵.
10/10 recommendation.
Great food and awesome flavor. Have tried numerous places but this place takes the cake away. Must try place in Windsor, no one comes close to this place flavor.
Decent atmosphere, nothing special, very friendly staff. However if you are looking for authentic Japanese this is not it.
A delicious meal had by all! On arrival we were quickly greeted by a young man who explained he was waiting for a table to come free in around 10-15 mins. We were actually seated quicker than this and were allowed to peruse the menu at our leisure. Tables, condiments and cutlery were all beautifully clean. We ordered starters and mains but bizarrely the food is not served in that order. My son received his starter, followed by one of the main courses a couple of minutes later. Gradually we received all the food choices with the second starter being the last to arrive. It wasn't a problem, it's just not what I am used to. If you like spicy food then the Firecracker Chicken Curry is a must! It will have even the hardest souls sniffing and rubbing their eyes. My daughters Chicken Katsu Curry was a little short on sauce but as soon as we asked for more it appeared without any fuss or extra charges. The food was plentiful and if I had realised that in advance I wouldn't have bothered to order a starter .... or maybe I would have anyway 😊 The staff were not overly attentive but through necessity. They were all constantly busy with the customers the whole time we were there and could not have stretched themselves any more than they did. All said, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and definitely worth a visit.
Clean restaurant and restrooms. Food was good. Squid starter was hard, chewy and tasteless. The accompanying sauce was not nice. The recipe or supplier has changed or it was overcooked. The restaurant was quite warm. I found it a bit claustrophobic after a while.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
We had Tom as a host and he was a star! Very attentive, he would always come back to the table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and our meal.
The whole place was very welcoming and I loved the idea of sharing tables (makes it more fun!). The food was impeccable. I got a delicious beef teriyaki donburi with prawn kushiyaki and an orange juice.
I came in a group of 6 and we spent just under £100 so I'm definitely coming back!
The food is awesome and the price is right. 10/10
Excellent service. We came to collect our order. It was very fast and efficient. It was so nice of Olivia to offer us a glass of water whilst we waited. Everyone was very friendly. Nice clean restaurant and the food was delicious 👌🏽 will definitely be ordering again.
Everything was on point.. Food, service, atmosphere. Even the manager helped me out when I said the we had to leave early because we were going cinema and didn't have time for mains.. Can't recommend enough.. You won't be dissapointed. Will be going back for sure.. Nom nom....
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wagamama and it was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance was welcoming, and the service was prompt and friendly, making the overall experience delightful.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. I started with the Chicken Caramelized Onions Koyo Bowl, a dish that was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the caramelized onions added a delightful sweetness that complemented the umami flavors of the dish.
Next, I tried the Yaki Saba Mushrooms. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection, retaining their earthy flavor while absorbing the delicious sauce they were cooked in. The dish was a testament to Wagamama’s ability to turn simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces.
The Chicken Katsu was another standout dish. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the katsu sauce added a tangy kick that elevated the dish to new heights.
To wash it all down, I ordered an Asahi beer. It was crisp, refreshing, and served at just the right temperature, making it the perfect accompaniment to my meal.
In conclusion, my dining experience at Wagamama was exceptional. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
Thank you
Loved my cherry blossom gin and tonic 🌸🍒
The ramen soup taste amazing but I would recommend that you use significantly higher meat quality!
