The Horse And Groom - Windsor - Photo album

One of the oldest pub in UK. The place still has those old british pub vibes Awesome collection of Gin and they make the best Pimms! Outside sitting is amazing
Tried to have lunch here on a quiet Tuesday but they had the kitchen closed. The other pubs close by were busy and were serving food. The staff member was nice when telling us though.
The hamburger is better than the American. 🙃 The fries are better than in Belgium. 😁 The fried shrimp was delicious with pepper jelly. 😋 The tuna snack is champion. 😍 And chopp is spectacular. ♥️ Excellente service! I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
As lost tourists, we went inside to seek shelter from cold weather and have a bite. We were SO delighted by the owner’s personalized attention, fun personality and overall exceptional food!! We ordered coronation chicken (chicken salad sandwich s/salad) and angus burger that was super yummy!
Fine location to enjoy a summer day with a pint of beer, highly recommend because of the location and old pub vibe. Drinks are bit pricy but we all can pay a little extra for a location bang opposite to the castle. This place deserves 5 stars.
Ideally located across from Windsor castle. Proper good old pub! Good selection of ales, friendly welcoming staff.
Such awesome English country pub right next to Windsor Castle and the town. Graham behind the bar went above and beyond, such a lovely atmosphere and amazing food! Small inside but added to the ambience and made it so cosy on a cold winters day!
Excellent beers 😊 Typical pub vibe though they didn't have anything other than drinks, not even munchies, on a Tuesday since the Castle is closed for visitors om Mondays and Tuesdays.
Nice little magical medieval pub looking out onto Windsor Castle. This is how pubs should be! What a magical position and building which made me feel like i had been transported back many years! The people inside were really nice and it had a warm cosy atmosphere. We only had drinks but it was chri
1719 - 2023 - 3023 in future- real ale served here. Good having the sign above the bar inside. ❤️ traditional pubs like this. Our huge group enjoyed it.
Nice hot spot in Windsor, if you are lucky you can find yourself a nice view from upstairs. Just ask the staff to see if are seats avaliable in upstairs room with a view. The food was nice, nice prices.
Does a very nice pint of Guinness. You have to check in advance which days they serve food, but luckily we went on a day where they didn't do and it was quiet for us to get a table outside. Right next to Windsor castle entrance and on a picturesque street
Very fine old pub. While my wife was spending her way through the shopping area, I had a fine sandwich and 2 pints patiently waiting for her to torch our credit scores.
Cosy pub with a small but fine selection of ales and beers. Rudy is a fantastic barmaid! She has a warm and friendly personality that made me feel at home as soon as I walked into the bar. She's attentive, always ensuring I hadn’t run out and would suggest what I could try next. Rudy is an amazing c
Great pub, Great staff, Great music.
Great place with a good view of the castle. Always a top quality pint with good service all round.
Who would’ve thought ... This is a handsome pub steeped in history. It is over 400 years old but as per the young bartender it is even older - about 600 years. Pub has great ambiance with a small cozy bar. Ample seating in the side alleyway. The bar menu is awesome. Our veg wrap and Tuna sandwich w
