Amazing food . Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was served very professionally and the staff brought it over nice and hot. The restaurant was decorated absolutely fantastic. I would recommend going here for dinner or a special occasion.
Definitely a great find. Never been here or any of the Bill’s restaurants but definitely will again.
Seated in moments. Coffee could have been crafted to my absolute perfection it was that good.
The Mediterranean Breakfast was far bigger than I thought and they definitely do perfect poached eggs.
Service was quick and unobtrusive. Loved that the guy serving me, when checking if the food was to my satisfaction, just caught my eye and did a thumbs up sign? Was eagerly enjoying the food (mouth full) so appreciated that I only had to nod.
5 stars!!!
We had brunch here. They have plenty of options but we only tried pancakes. Their interior design is kinda cool, mostly modern but with some interesting animal portraits on the wall. The staffs are fast and easy to talk to. Because we need to go to Windsor castle, the waitress helped to rush our dishes for us. Fruit pancakes are amazingly soft and quite sweet, and the bacon pancake is delicious as well. Recommend this nice place to everyone.
Amazing food and service. We were greeted at the door and quickly seated at a lovely table. The food arrived very fast and was delicious. Good quality ingredients and well prepared. The friendly and attentive staff made the whole experience great. They even changed our plates and cutlery when they saw we wanted to share pancakes after finishing the savoury meal.
Next time I go to Windsor, a stop at Bill’s for brunch is a must.
Very nice restaurant and we went in October half term and we were surprised when we paid the cheque that our kids meals were free! So it only cost us £20! Our server was brilliant. Lilly said she usually works at Bills Reading but was covering at Windsor. She served us with a smile and her good nature was infectious. She made our visits all the more special with her attention and excellent customer service
Bill's is located right next to the train station with indoor and outdoor dining.
Food is good with big portions.
Please note that it's cashless only.
A little different restaurant in the heart of Windsor, in the train station area. Be aware you can't buy a glass of wine you have to have the entire bottle. The beer is bottled & rather expensive. The food is really good & the vegan/vegetarian options are better than most places.
Bill‘s Restaurant in Windsor is located by the central train station next to the tickets office. The venue has a dark wooden facade in keeping with the antique style theme of the shops in the surrounding concourse. You enter via the two old fashioned swing doors at the front (I’m sure the door on the right is narrower than the one on the left resulting in a side ways shimmy to get in. The scrape marks on the floor where the doors open give an indication of the age and character of the venue). Inside the restaurant is like a little maze of dividers and cubby hole booth like tables. The staff are very welcoming polite and friendly. Once seated the menu offers a relatively small but good choice of food and array of beverages. The atmosphere is almost darkly moody but very relaxing. Trips to the toilets located at the far left (when looking at the front of the restaurant) are in the spirit of navigating an obstacle course due to the layout and people moving about but hey it’s quite good fun figuring out how you are going to do it. I had the meatballs which were good. We were a large group so saw a good selection from the menu and all looked good with no complaints from anyone. The food was good. A very relaxing Saturday lunch. Recommended. (Parking wise I always park at the King Edward VII car park on the outskirts of the town centre. It’s about a 7 minute walk not the 13 minutes navigation maps calculate it to be. Cost about £8 for 4 hours). Give Bill’s a go.
The servers were really helpful. They welcomed us and Service was good.
The quality of food was 4/5. I had the Goan fish curry and this was really nice.
You must try this if you can handle some spice.
Surprisingly great meal. Came on a bustling bank holiday and sheltered from the rain. Had the vegan burger and the croquettes with sweet pot fries and it was 10/10, perfect sized lunch. Nice staff too, squeezed us in outside and gave us table service despite saying not table service outside. Thanks!
Fantastic service from Ryan. He was friendly, polite, and thoughtful from the moment he came to take our order, and until we finished our meal and left the restaurant. Marlena, the host, was very welcoming as we entered the restaurant. A great host. The staff definitely played a big role in ensuring a great atmosphere was present. The food was good. However, one of my poached eggs was undercooked, and my partner wished there was more chicken on the plate. But overall, lunch at Bill's was a great experience.
Had a lovely Veggie breakfast with pot of tea and great matcha latee . Girlfriend had poached eggs on toast with halloumi and spinach. Good portion. Eggs poached to perfection. Lovely staff too
Had a hearty breakfast here. Meals are delicious. Scrambled eggs are a bit bland for my taste but just add some salt and it’s yummy to eat. Smoked salmon in a bread was my favorite. Veggie salad was fresh and crispy, too. All in all experience was spectacular. The restaurant’s ambiance is cozy, brilliant, clean and posh (in Filipino term, sosyal) 😊
Food was delicious and nicely portioned, fantastic flat white. Service was slow (understandable with how busy it was) but we didn't feel very welcomed. However, I would definitely recommend eating here.
I'll echo what someone else has said, the service charge of 12.5% is crazy. It shouldn't be on the bill and we should not have to ask to have them removed and then be questioned about why. This is not the same as a tip which is optional.
Nice afternoon brunch whilst in Windsor last week. The burger, was nice and juicy, even though well done.
My dad really enjoyed the brunch. Eggs, bacon, black pudding, and loads more...
Nice environment, and family friendly.
The food was wonderful and the presentation was very nice. The deserts were especially good. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the service which was lacking.
Bills has both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside.
We booked a table for a breakfast type meal.
The table was ready when we arrived.
We had Egg Benedict, which was quite good but not as nice as when we'd had it at Bills in Birmingham (eggs not quite runny).
The service wasn't great, the food arrived before the drinks even though we'd ordered drink first (I like to have a drink with my meal). It also took a while to get someone's attention to get the bill.
I HATE the way that they add the "optional" service charge. If they can't afford to pay their staff then please just add to the cost of the meals on the menu!!!
