As two adults, one of which loves boats, it was alright. Was expecting more to see for the price. Only one restoration talk on a Saturday was disappointing as we went in the afternoon. All excellent couldn't go into the Museum area as we had a dog.
Excellent lunch at the steam boat museum cafe today. The boatman platter was perfect. Followed by a trip on the steam boat. What a great half day out. Even better, there are four heated benches under the boat style covers outside across the beck. They are so nice it's hard to leave.

What an amazing place to spend a few hours, with magnificent views over Lake Windermere. Ample parking, 4 hours free if you purchase your museum ticket. Very interesting insight, into the history of sailing on Windermere, how the wealthy enjoyed cruising on the Lake in their huge yacht. Learning abo

Lovely place to stop for coffee and snack. Friendly staff and superb views over the lake. Free parking with voucher from café.
Good place for a coffee, it cost us about £5 for two coffees and with that we got free parking. The meals all looked really good and were a very good price.

Amazing place! The best views possible for a nice breakfast! Parking is free for 4 hours if you come to the restaurant or museum. The staff very smiley and friendly, the bacon sandwich recommended! The cakes are gggrear and the coffee was also very good 👌🏼

Brilliant setting for a stop off, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Staff are friendly and welcoming, latte an vegan cake was spot on.. Definitely recommend

Arrived with out reservation and it was great. Well looked after went on a vintage boat trip.
The view from the cafe is sensational, as is the food, treat yourself to the Cullen Skink. Truly delicious.
