Stayed here as a last minute get away. What lovely, helpful and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was perfect and suited our needs and great for the price. A short walk to a shop and beautiful walks. Also pet friendly.
Called in for sunday dinner ,wasn't sure what to expect due to the poor reviews but pleased to say staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Great pint of Guinness or 2 and the Sunday dinner was A no frills sunday dinner but tasted good,Yorkshire's and roasties spot on .

This is a gem of a place and although short on staff, the team and venue didn't disappoint. Food was fresh and tasty. Epic breakfast and great prices all round. Attic room was lovely and one of our friends were impressed with their room on first floor too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
