An absolutely perfect and amazing afternoon tea in fabulous surroundings. We started with a small cup of soup, then unexpectedly fish and chips, and onto delicious sandwiches and beautiful desserts and scones. Home made local produced lovingly made! The owner and staff are lovely and attentive! High

Nice place, great location for train travellers, and friendly staff who didn't remotely seem to mind that we dumped all our laundry on them. Highly recommend the afternoon tea - just don't go in with a full tummy to start with.

The Cedar Manor Hotel is a hidden gem in the heart oof the Lake District. The historic building with it's huge Cedar Tree watching over the decades is perfectly located to offer quiet away from the main towns but close enough to walk into Windermere for some touristy action.
