Such a cool concept! Interesting flavours and delicious drinks. Friendly owner and manager too who are really knowledgeable about the work they're doing. Very aesthetic space too, feels connected to the nature, in the same way the drinks connect you to nature. Will be keen to visit again.
What a great little business and very unique. We entered expecting some original cocktails. We selected some seats and Oliver came over and explained the concept and demo’s (tasters) some of the ingredients that go into the cocktails.

The drinks and food were nothing short of exceptional! Oliver gave us an immensely informative and enthusiastic overview of the menu and ingredients, making us feel welcome the entire time and tending to our every need. I could not recommend this place more!
Absolutely amazingly drinks with very unique flavours. It was also lovely to hear that all the ingredients are sustainably sourced. The owner is amazingly passionate about his work and it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this place if you are ever in Winchester!

We were introduced to the ingredients found in our drinks, the Woodsman and the Cream Soda. It was such a fun and delicious experience. The drinks are pricey but you can't deny the quality you get from them since they are all foraged and made by traditional means.
