Visited during peak hours, so surprised by the lack of waiting for the food, everything was fresh and to quality. Not too busy and felt very safe here. Best Spoons I've been to across the country, well done team, highly recommend!!

Another lovely spoons a short walk from the station (slightly downhill) with a small outdoor seating area out the front. The staff were lovely and chatty amongst themselves as well as with the punters. Staff were constantly walking around clearing away tables before cleaning them. The breakfast was usual great value and as I got there just before noon thought I would have a Guinness- which, you guessed it, was excellent. Oh, and the toilets are on the ground floor.

Staff are very friendly and helpful when ordering. Food is well priced and delivered quickly. Beers are changed frequently with good choice and less than half the price of other Winchester pubs. Toilets are clean.

Good deal for breakfast with endless coffee. My lovely wife eats small portions and can't eat gluten. So half a breakfast of hash browns, bacon, egg and a few beans, were great for her.

Very attentive doorman greeted me upon my arrival. He was very interested in where we'd been all day. Asked several questions and then, in turn, asked him 2 question's every time we saw him. Good place

Popped into the Old Gaolhouse on their curry night. Had a chicken korma with rice, garlic nan and Poppadoms. Chicken was very good, very tender pieces of breast. Nan bread was inedible sadly, cardboard comes to mind. The meal included an alcoholic drink for under £10, pretty good value.

Popped in here for a quick breakfast whilst out with a friend. Food and coffee were fab. £1.50 for lattes and were free refills. Can't complain at that 🤣

A very busy Sunday lunchtime have to complement your staff on the food and service it was so so busy when we arrived but the two young staff were on the ball keeping tables constantly clear and cleaned the food did take longer than usual but was of the same quality as usual (Buttermilk Chicken) unlike a lot of places when busy.
