First try at this place since it changed from the old Texas Grill. The venue is nicely decorated, clean and open. Staff were polite and helpful. I ordered two burgers and chips and kids meals. The kids meals were standard nugget meals, kids enjoyed it. The two burgers had very different issues. The BBQ was constructed well, plenty of sauce and flavour, it was just slightly over cooked, bits of the bacon was burnt. However it tasted nice, chips were excellent. The signature burger was presented nice also, the patty unfortunately tasted a little rubbery/tough. Again overcooked a little. Also the salad inside had a big leaf stalk. All in all it wasnt bad, if the slight teething problems are sorted this place will be excellent.
Absolutely fantastic place to eat. We order takeout from here pretty regularly. They have called us to inform us that they will be late, and offered compensation for it. Have accepted a very late change to the order with no trouble, and have even called us up to apologise for a dodgy driver. The guys here are fantastic. Food is always piping hot, the fries are the best takeout fries I've ever had. Absolutely love them, would recommend!!!!
Ever since I started ordering Barcelos I haven't looked back. Chicken is always fresh cooked and perfect, fries are the best fries in Winchester. Always super fresh and the staff there are amazing. Rare to find such excellent standards with takeaway food. Better than Nandos no doubt

I have wanted to go this place for a while and have been very happy of what I received.
The decor and furniture of the shop was very classy and fashionable as well as the staff being friendly.
I got 6 chicken strips with lemon herb marinade including a portion of chips of which the chicken was tender and juicy and the lemon herb marinade was delicious as it was lemony, herby and slightly spicy. The chips were pleasing as well.
Overall, you will be paying more here than say KFC but you are paying for much better quality chicken with delicious flavours. There are other menu options than chicken but I will certainly be coming back to try new chicken flavours and combinations

Always order takeout from here, but decided to eat in. All the staff were lovely, funny, very quick on the service. They tried to refuse the tip and asked for a review instead. The food was PIPING hot and as good as ever. Thank you!

We will definitely revisit this place over and over again. Great food, great service, great ambiance, great staff. Chicken is really juicy and flavourful. Fries cooked just the way we like it.
Absolutely brilliant restaurant. Amazing chicken and chips. It's a shame it's all halal meat if that puts you off but at least the food is bloody delicious. Will definitely be back again and again

Wow. First time ordering. chips were amazing chicken burgers were juicy and the sauce was flavorful will be ordering here more often.
Great place to eat! Work across the road and it’s always our go to place! Food is always hot! Staff are always friendly, and they never get my fussy order wrong!
