Massive thanks to the team on 26/11/22 at the Winnal location who stayed open a few extra minutes to serve a very cold and wet ambulance crew just about to start a night shift! came in simply to order a hot chocolate, was served by a lovely girl (i belive her name was christina) she was very friendly and prepared my drink in a speedy manner. even stopped to ask about milk options and wished me a happy new year. lovely service.

Just came in, used the toilet, that was the cleanest costa bathroom I have used in the last 10 years. Magdelena was working 10/10, coffee was lovely and had a friendly interaction.

I use this place regularly. The staff are always friendly and helpful (especially Darcey 😊) you brighten my day.

This Costa is a drive though which means they have shut the store entirely, you still may order on the app and collect in store but you cannot actually enter store past the door. This was a very easy process and allowed for extremely easy social distancing. In all, a great experience.
